I remember first seeing zyzz 2 years ago. Sitting in my bed crying because I felt so lost. Struggling with depression, weight, abusing food, not studying in college. I still don't fully know where I am today, but I know I'm about to finish my degree in computer engineering. And I'm down 30 lbs. Men like zyzz saved my life.

I started bodybuilding in 2015 thanks to this guy. On and off, but let me tell you it was a life changing path that i took. I went from being rejected by everyone, to obtaining confidence that put me in the spotlight everywhere i went when i tried to. Banging girls became a hobby not a goal. People admire you, both males and females. It’s crazy. From this 5 year journey, all i wanna say is, you can hate on the lifestyle all you want. But holy hell does it make you happy and boost your confidence.

@Arvin ghasemi good, around new year's I started getting weekly curated plans from a homie who is a personal trainer. Training beforehand was sporadic and random tbh but I grew familiar with and comfortable within the gym environment. People around me pointed out my changes and, moreso, I can actually see it myself. Gotta only get the nutrition part down to pack on mass and obv stay consistent with training, which - unfortunately - I wasn't able to for over a week since I screwed up my sleep schedule. In a few hours though, on this very Monday, the gym's gonna open and I'll be right back at it. Looking forward to it already! Thank you for asking

At first I really didn't like bodybuilding, I was only into boxing
After some time I started a challenge, I started intermittent fasting n getting shredded. I heard about Zyzz from my friend but didn't like nor hate him at first. When I started my shred challenge I also started to watch Zyzz videos. He has helped me so much! Calisthenics and running almost every single day for 3 days in a row + resting day after that did a pretty good job to me. I'm starting to get addicted to the healthy lifestyle and Zyzz is playing a huge part in that. Sikcunts don't forget that everyone has a little bit of Zyzz in them. Don't give up, spread the legacy!
