How do you just not have more views?!? And, your twin brother rocker dude definitely deserves a return in the future. Those scenes must have been nuts to plan, time and pull off! Great job and great review too!!!
If you want to tow a larger load safely over ALL of the half ton competition buy the XD Titan. I glad Nissan does not play the unsafe towing numbers game like the big 3.
I just bought the 2020 SV King Cab and think it's fantastic . Had a 2005 ram 1500 for past 20 years so it's a HUGE upgrade for a reasonable price . 22,000 miles and well taken care of so I love it .
I have owned five Chevy Trucks and two weeks ago I bought a 2021 Titan. I wanted reliability, a V-8 and at a good price. I bought a 2wd SV and I have found it to be everything I need and want.
It’s a damn shame they no longer offer the Cummins Turbo Diesel because it gave buyers an option for Cummins fans who were always skeptical about taking a gamble with Chrysler’s cabin electronics.
Oh hell yes!! I bought a new 2021 Titan platinum 2 months ago and I am thoroughly impressed. I have owned Ford and GMC in the past and all I can say is Nissan should be coming up with better advertising and take on the big 3. Built in Tennessee and the quality shows. Smooth riding, works just fine off the road ( I’m not planning on taking it on the Rubicon Trail in the California Sierra’s but I’ve already had it on other trails that required the extra ground clearance and found the four wheel drive system to be just fine. Interior quality, exterior quality, undercarriage quality, ALL very nice and the best warranty anywhere!. I hope Nissan will push forward with more aggressive ads. Also the 5.6 endurance engine and tranny are smooth. Who am I ? Just a retired Firefighter who instructed our personnel with others on how to operate our four wheel drive fire patrol units.
LOVED this review! I wouldnt mind seeing the "rocker" character return LOL. I think a big reason Nissan doesnt sell so many trucks is the same reason Toyota has struggled...Many US truck owners just want a domestic nameplate. Doesn't seem to matter WHERE the truck was actually made, it's oversized American badge on the front and the rear that matters to most owners.
Pretty cool vid, should have done a little more reseach and recommended the PRO-4X for those that hate all that chrome like me. I just bought a 2020 P4X and I love it. The warranty knocks it out of the park!
Yeah I was going to mention the different Pro 4X grille, but left it out. Trying to get a Pro 4X to review as well. The warranty on these are really good!
Just bought a 2020 pro4x. Drove all the competition liked the Nissan best. I don't understand why all the hate on Nissan. Traded in a 2017 armada with 70k miles 0 problems.
I just bought a 2021 SL cardinal red, black leather. I never liked chrome, but it looks good on this truck. This truck is comfortable and pleasant to drive. The engine sounds great, The EPA could be a little better, but still a really nice truck.
Titan is an amazing truck drives like a sports car, tows like a big rig. I believe if FORD had a truck like TITAN XD their towing numbers would be something like 15,500 pounds.
I know someone that has a first generation. He’s still drives it. It’s the looks that turn me off to this truck. But, it’s all a average truck owner needs.great video
Such underrated trucks, not sure if that’s Nissan’s fault or what but they don’t get the recognition they deserve. You can get them much cheaper than the competition and better warranty to boot!
Your standard power chart is a bit off. The standard motor in the F-150 is the 3.3L v6 that makes 290 hp, the standard engine in the RAM 1500 is the 3.6L v6 that makes 305 hp, and the standard engine in the GM twins is the 4.3L v6 which makes 285 hp. As for what kind of buyer the Nissan Titan is for.. the answer is MOST half-ton truck buyers IF they're honest with themselves. The majority of half-ton truck buyers buy a v8 crew cab and don't need to tow more than 10,000 lbs. The Titan's best bid for buyers is that it offers a lot more stuff than its competitors do for the same money. The Titan comes right out of the gate with the most standard power, tech, and safety in its class. The BASE model Titan is equipped similarly to a loaded F-150 XLT, but is significantly cheaper. Not to mention the fact that it also has the longest warranty in the business. The Titan is not the truck for you if you want a more fuel efficient v6, absolutely NEED to be able to tow more than 10,000 lbs (in which case you should really be looking at a 3/4 ton instead), or you need a regular cab/8-foot bed (although Nissan did offer one from 2017-2019). For all other buyers, the Titan at least deserves a test drive. Also... your 'twin brother' sounds like Red from the Red Green show. Talk about a nostalgia blast!
Someone did a video not that long ago about the diesel Titan being an unknown gem in the truck world. (Older models of the Titan). The title caught my attention immediately because I remembered the truck model. I really don't like how it looks but if the price is right, the deal is real.
That was fun! I agree that the chrome-laid-on-with-a-trowel front end is too much of a good thing. Otherwise I commend Nissan for the styling of the truck. My prediction is that these will still be looking handsome ten years down the road, while most of the competition's current overly-styled designs will look quickly dated.
Very good Review, here in Brazil we do not have those Full size trucks, Just mid size trucks like Ford Ranger, Chevy S10, Nissan Frontier, Toyota Hilux, the best selling are Chevy S10 and Toyota Hilux, diesel versions. Very Nice vídeo, congrats from Brazil! Muito obrigado - (Thank you Very Much)!!!
You answered you own question as to why Nissan doesn't sell more of these trucks. Americans don't like to be told what they can't have. Also, trucks are not a one size fits all kind of thing, like Nissan thinks they are.
I think the XD with the Cummins was really slept on. Nissan really did not do this truck any justice with their marketing or lack there of. People say it's a dated look but are all the "new looks" other manufacturers employ really any good? Some are but many are just too much.
At least it doesn't look so much like a Ford nowadays. And it's the underdog for a good reason. They need a real heavy duty, the xd is a tweener not quite a hd but a little more than a half ton.its also weird that fender makes the stereo, they make musical equipment didn't know they made stereos
I’ll wait for the price drop at the dealership for a year I’ve seen 2018s still on the lot in Prince. George Bc.... and haven’t sold. the price has come down quite a bit. I don’t like the 2018s I think the 2020s are much nicer :)
Fantastic truck! And yes...it’s unique! But damn...that price is nuts. I have the top of the line 2016 Platinum Reserve 4X4 Titan XD with the Cummins diesel and it’s sticker was only a couple grand more than this one!
Honestly, I just dont think Nissan when I think of a truck. I'd much rather get a Tundra or and F150. But id get a Nissan Titan over a Chevy Silverado thats for sure. GM sucks nowadays.
I've owned Silverado 1500s and several Silverado 3500HD trucks since 2015 and I drive a lot. All have been bulletproof reliable, but I'm looking around now as these prices are ridiculous. I simply will keep what I got till the mfg decide to price them sanely
Don't dis the chrome. If you don't like it ford, gm, and ram all have plenty of models without chrome. In fact all the chrome is a reason I would consider the nissan. If you don't like the chrome buy one without it. Don't tell the mfg to get rid of it for those of us who do like it
Nissan makes some really stupid moves... worldwide as well. So stupid cutting the Cummins turbo diesel.. also the side front and rear profile looks similar to the F truck
I have owned a 2004 Titan for 13 years and have always felt that I knew something that most people don't and that is how good Titan trucks are.
My block is a Titan block. Of the 7 houses that own trucks, 3 have Titans.
Also, great tunes, man!
How do you just not have more views?!? And, your twin brother rocker dude definitely deserves a return in the future. Those scenes must have been nuts to plan, time and pull off! Great job and great review too!!!

Do you still feel the same about the truck ?
Love the production quality of your videos!
Thank you!!! :) :)
LOVED this review! I wouldnt mind seeing the "rocker" character return LOL.

This is an an amazing review!!! This came out great!
Your videos are an inspiration for my own channel. Thank you dude. Keep up the amazing, funny work.
Nothing worse than a big 3 truck owner when they see your Titan and say “ohh it’s just a Nissan.” Screw that man, I got a better truck.
Pretty cool vid, should have done a little more reseach and recommended the PRO-4X for those that hate all that chrome like me. I just bought a 2020 P4X and I love it. The warranty knocks it out of the park!

I just got a 2020 Pro 4X! Amazing truck! I had 2019 RST Silverado. The Titan really surprised me when I drove it. Love that V8 and 9 speed!
Same here. Black on black
Just bought a 2020 pro4x. Drove all the competition liked the Nissan best. I don't understand why all the hate on Nissan. Traded in a 2017 armada with 70k miles 0 problems.
I'd say it's an underdog because nobody in my area buys them lol
I only ever see Ford, GM, and Dodge/RAM trucks
The PRO4X looks the best, I hope the new 9 speed trans holds up.
Forget Doug Demuro, my man Ethan is the car reviewer of tomorrow! No one ever shreds in Doug's videos!
I really love the Vector W8 but didn´t even watch Demuro´s video about it completely. The owner should have let Ethan review it!
this guy is light years ahead of doug, doug is so unwatchable for me

Yes. Yes you should. But a Pro 4x, looks a bit better without all the chrome and it has better suspension and sits higher
Agreed, that would be my choice too.
Many would argue these trucks are more reliable than any of the other big 3 manufacturers.

I absolutely love my Titan I highly recommend one

I like the chrome!
CHROME is coming back!
Fantastic review! The editing in this video was ON POINT! Nice looking truck, too.
I absolutely loved this review! I hope Nissan paid you for this one. This would be killer marketing for them.
You answered you own question as to why Nissan doesn't sell more of these trucks. Americans don't like to be told what they can't have. Also, trucks are not a one size fits all kind of thing, like Nissan thinks they are.
i like the titan

Very creative video, just as I expected from Ethan :) Good work!
No diesel but it is half ton. Nobody else offers diesel in half ton trucks. Love your Videos.
My 2013 Titan has been a great truck.
Ha Ha! Great video! Your "Twin" is fun!
This truck is huge but looks good. Sounds very nice too!
You are my hero with this rocker.
A creative & rockin review. Nicely done! 🎸🎶
Dang does your bro have an album out yet? You could teach regular car reviews a thing or two about real music.
Is that your radwood outfit from the E38 video?
Some of it! Minus the spandex, fake tattoos, jewelry and leather boots!
At least it doesn't look so much like a Ford nowadays. And it's the underdog for a good reason. They need a real heavy duty, the xd is a tweener not quite a hd but a little more than a half ton.its also weird that fender makes the stereo, they make musical equipment didn't know they made stereos
Good review. But plsss get rid of the guitar player
😭
Loved the review, funny and entertaining. Also any chance of seeing Axl Ethan do his own car reviews??
Thank you! Haha maybe, we'll see!!
I think it is bad they dropped the diesel option.
I’ll wait for the price drop at the dealership for a year I’ve seen 2018s still on the lot in Prince. George Bc.... and haven’t sold. the price has come down quite a bit. I don’t like the 2018s I think the 2020s are much nicer :)

Nice truck but looks too much like an F-150
Love the truck as this will be my next purchase. Question though... what's up with the story of the spare tire on the rear passenger side at 10:56?
Ran over a screw and had to put on the spare!
Doesn't it seem a bit late in the year to be reviewing a 2020 model? They should have given you the new model.
Nobody bought 2020s this year., they gotta move the old stock first.
Yes, but the 2021 Titan is expected to be unchanged.
Honestly, I just dont think Nissan when I think of a truck. I'd much rather get a Tundra or and F150. But id get a Nissan Titan over a Chevy Silverado thats for sure. GM sucks nowadays.
I almost never see Nissan or Toyota trucks here
@@Karmy. I live in Texas. They make the tundra and tacoma here. So i see them everyday.
@@oreoscadoosh3360 that's probably why I only see Ford, GM, and Dodge trucks, I live in Metro Detroit
I've owned Silverado 1500s and several Silverado 3500HD trucks since 2015 and I drive a lot. All have been bulletproof reliable, but I'm looking around now as these prices are ridiculous. I simply will keep what I got till the mfg decide to price them sanely
Anyone else get sent here from rev match?
Don't dis the chrome. If you don't like it ford, gm, and ram all have plenty of models without chrome. In fact all the chrome is a reason I would consider the nissan. If you don't like the chrome buy one without it. Don't tell the mfg to get rid of it for those of us who do like it

oh yeah column shifter
Been a lot better without Beavis
Should you buy a 2020 nissan titan? No, you shouldn't. Avoid car payments like the plague!
Just cuz you can't afford it doesn't mean somebody else can't
Lost interest with jackass boy and his guitar! I do own a 2021 Pro 4X and absolutely love the truck!
Wonderful, bye
id rater get a frontier
Indian price
They dont sell well as new but they hold value exceptionally as used.
