ballad of the tele-mime [SS14]

five minutes into her first real space mission, anna the mime finds a strange device of unknown capabilities. is this some manner of dangerous spatial anomaly? or could it possibly be a weapon of unfathomable power? armed with only her crayons, someone else's label printer, and the incredible potency of drugs from strangers, it is all up to her to puzzle it out.
i genuinely ran around with this thing for like 2 hours thinking it was a traitor creation of some kind, until i was told post-game that this just Happens to containers. i also didn't realize until i went over the footage that -- i was the one who found the teleporter! i thought i just witnessed someone else creating it and then because i didn't catch their name, i let the traitor get away. this is also why i, initially, tried sending it out into space, and then was so urgently presenting this thing to the HOP and everyone else (and flabbergasted by their collective apathy to it.)
