Yes there are a lot of powerful people involved, politicians, police, all kinds of people in positions of power. Recently on the news it was said that Leon Britain and Ted heath were not paedophiles, and Leon Britain had suffered at the end of his life because of the accusations, but there is an ex police officer on the Internet, who talks about him having Leon Britain bang to rights 3 times when he was in the force investigating paedophiles, and everytime, the officers involved in the case, were told not to pursue it any further, and were actually threatened, some of the documentarys about powerful people being involved in this kind of thing, are hard to believe but there are too many people who know things, and are witnesses or victims, for it all not to be true, and they should face justice for their crimes.

Truth never comes out as it is suppressed by pious people. A person celebrity and such popular with public makes the circle around to think with whom we would make this image with public and get our interests therefore suppress the truth no matter what it takes. But in the end......

It is such a shame that these people weren't listened to at the time. It was a very long time ago now, but I remember that the 70s, when I was growing up, and I remember that the early 80s seemed to be a very strange time. It's no excuse, but, I suppose, you just had to be there. I'm glad that times, & I'm relieved that the culture on this has changed in this country to some extent.

The subtitles are terrible.Yep wait until characters like cyril smith n jimmy saville are 6 foot under before they get exposed.Obviously there must have been some cover up by people higher up than the police. If people like john lydon knew about saville in 1978- 33 years before his death then a public enquiry is needed to find out who covered up for saville -smith and the rest.Tho have to be suspicious of them dying and suddenly all these allegations appear. Why didnt the journalists expose them when they were alive.A public enquiry should haul the editors of the main newspapers in and ask them who stopped them from publishing the truth about them. Also the security service people who covered things up for saville n smith and others should be on criminal charges for aiding and abetting these sub vermin.

    • @winspiff
      @winspiff 4 ปีที่แล้ว

Subtitles are automatically generated (not by a person), so they're not perfect. I think the issues were a) people back then were a bit more innocent and naive and would just not believe it, especially from a "beloved" star; b) the journalists that had something maybe only had one story or one person come to them at a time; it is very hard for victims to come forward, but without more people, it would be easy for the story to be squashed; c) people back then didn't like to "cause a fuss". Things were swept under the rug and just not talked about. It is for that reason that so many of these problems got out of control.

I once met Jimmy Saville in the late 60's at a cycle race at Heaton Park near his flat in Prestwich. One of the lads asked him if he was riding that day to which he replied with a lewd comment he had been 'riding all night' and was too knackered. Coming on top of very recent scandal regarding him and a young actress on Coronation St his attitude disgusted me even back then. He always tried to act as 'one of the boys' but he was quite easy to through and was only popular with his own 'knowing' entourage or sycophants. I disliked the guy intensely.

I think seeing old women who were diddled by a celebrity who never said anything and cant get a man now due to being hideous but reflecting on uncle diddle like he cuased there old age is kinda rude, its obvious gender studies can only due so much for a modern gay man with a uterus aka a women past her sell by date but atleast these women should look in the mirror once in a while, then again if they did they probally couldn't even self diddle.

A dead prostitute was discovered in Savile's back garden in 1970s during 'jack the rippers ' rampage. Savile was questioned by police as a ripper suspect but was released. Sutcliffe pleaded guilty to all murders even though his blood group only matched two or three murders. Consequently there was no trial and Sutcliffe was sent to Broadmoor. Either Sutcliffe was a copy_cat murderer, or he & Savile were a team. Savile & Sutcliffe were best pals at Broadmoor. This nurse deserves a medal for speaking out.

      The problem is...
Police do not have authority to punish people or speak a prison sentence. They have not the liberty to even investigate the situation. Police needs a legal paper and a green light to investigate.
The green light has to be given by another one higher in charge.
But in this case this monster had connections with higher placed people with power. I think this people could of have had selfpreserving interrests to brush things under the carpet.
Some higher placed people have also perverted interrests and other things going on.
Nurses have also to follow orders.
It is to complicated, but this man was saved by its connections.
At least, to the day it all comes out.
But believe me, corruption is everywhere, so we should all understand, that a lot of nasty things happen and are going under the radar for many reasons.
Nobody can be trusted mostly either for again so many reasons.
But this lady comes to this intervieuw to talk. A brave woman.

I also reported Jimmy Savile on numerous occasions for his assault on young boys between the ages of 9 and 10, I also reported him to
Leeds police but nothing ever happened, myself and other colleagues who reported him were threatened, we would would loose our jobs.
    I have recently learnt that
Savile was a catholic nothing wrong with that but he was also a Mason, Mason's do not allow Catholics into their circle so what did Savile do to become a member. Most senior police officers are also Mason's, that's another minefield too be explored.
