    halo can i ask why cant i select the impller for rotating region ?

      No issues at all you can select it. You can apply boundary conditions as per your requirement. Same problem can be seen different ways. It depends on requirement. One specific problem can be solved considering internal analysis again you can consider it as an external analysis if you want your model to interact with outside air.
