Theres no doubt Europe would have had plays like this performed - like a shakespear style for historical characters / myths - sadly no such thing occurs today ... any tradition is not there any more. This is a testament to Japanese spirit in ensuring these arts do not die out - keeping tradition alive .
Obviously you've never been to Europe or you've just been living in the woods or something.😂 Plays that are the European equivalent of this happen all the time!
you obviously don't know how European theatres (such as Wiener Staatsoper, Royal Opera House, and the Mariinsky Theatre) put their efforts into each productions and repertoires. They are just trying to attract more audiences from the 21st century.
@@jessicaxia4413 I think Asian styles are more interesting. I like Indonesian, Cambodian, Thai and Japanese theatres, not really a fan of European cultures!
