I won't be upgrading to the z fold anymore until I see it's worth it , I will wait for the s series and see what they have to offer , using the z fold 5 now but for the bullshit they are giving as an upgrade for the 6 it's not worth it . Samsung is looking more like fucking apple every year. No big upgrades at all
That's because Fold 6 is 2yrs behind in hardware technology, compared to competition. They haven't even implemented anything from their reverse engineering of the Huawei fold...
I've had two fold phones, the Z fold 2, and the Z fold 5. I can honestly say that if i wasn't so used to the big outer screen. I would switch back to the candy bar style. It's not worth it. The front is barely usable, and the camera is basic at best. Like i always say, it should be phone 1st and tablet second. I should be using the outside screen like 90% of the time and then opening the phone for an experience. The feeling of having that big screen doesn't really matter anymore because im forced to use it constantly. For new fold buyers, i would wait for a better outer experience because this ain't it.
This is the best answer to all this foldable debate - second comes to if its broke, they should fix it not like insurance companies looking for anyway out. I am honoustly just waiting for a good foldable with normal outer screen, or hopefully 6"7 like my current PM

Anyone complaing about the z fold 5 cameras is just following what other people are saying. The cameras are great. 60 fos video recording looks incredible. Most people arent into photography and don't know how to use the advanced features anyway.
I have been consistently disappointed in the Z Folds. I've bought 2 so far. Not sure if I'll buy a 3rd.
Well, what Gregg is really(to most consumers) is if you want the best of the best, get the s24 ultra, and if you want something different and real expensive get the z fold 6.
I have all the folds and all other high end phones. OnePlus open is the best one. Hands down.

It will work but you will get a warning message to only use the s pen designed specifically for the fold to prevent damage

either they decide to put the ultra version on sale with the same specifications as the S24 or it stays on the shelf for life
Typing this on my Z fold 3 waiting for a wider display from Samsung. If it's not coming then I might have to switch to another company....😢

Humm still rocking the fold 4 ..but for a 2k phone these cameras SUCK! and a small battery no 45 Watt charging ...but i've owned Sammy's 45 watt wall wart for like 4 years ? WTF the S24 is better in every way except the Folding part ...Sammsung has Milked the fold DRY ... The BEST phone.... With Shit parts ....My old Note Did everything better than this Fold ... if they don't make the fold 6 worth it ..
