  • Colorado saw its first snow over this last weekend and we couldn't be more excited for the snow sports season. For our last ski tip before the season, Brenda Buglione and Chris Knerl focus on leg strength.
    This exercise will help strengthen your legs independently and improve your turns. It will also help with balance, core stability, and hip flexor mobility.
