finished writing my book one year ago while always listening to this masterpiece. Year after, now im publishing my book and signing and still have my heaphones on writing here and shit

I think of those whose body parts, and finally the temple of their skull was drilled in a club basement at night after a long torture session when I listen to this band.
11:38 Ow, my ears! Those frequencies there were slightly too loud! While I'm commenting I'll say I find this is very relaxing and I think the band itself is great!
It made the glass shake in my minibar. Just got home from a friend's birthday party. I live an hour away to be closer to work. Long drive home and arrived back to my empty house. Sat in my living room alone in the dark mystified by how calm it is. Loneliness is a choice, sure, but ultimately a choice made out of necessity.
Sorry I misundestood. I thought you had mentioned to hisholyinquisition some other jazz noir bands. Not just being smart ass. Because there surely are other bands with similar sound.
Who's being a nazi about genres? Has ignorance has come full circle to people being even more obsessive about being anti-genre now than those who nit-pick into trees of sub-sub-sub-genres? There's nothing wrong with classifying music as it's helpful. However, it does get really stupid when people actually argue over the facets of genres and close their minds/ears to the music itself.
Main soundtrack of my last 12 months. Will never get bored.

The Masters of Dark Jazz!
Any recommendations for other dark mournful jazz artists?
It's so smooth. It's like Sade. It reminds me of when I was in New York.

en mis momentos de completa soledad nunca puede faltar esta pieza sublime de jazz oscuro
Uu78😊😮

this is what dreams are made of
Blissful relaxing music like the look on my cats face.
Like a dream of eternal love...
Como un sueno de amor eterno...
Sublime
Thank god for this pure faithy music
Great track to do research late at night on college work and my societal/political knowing.
best sunset mission's track. awesome ♥
Oh yeah, also my favourite from Sunset Mission... I love the bassline, it gets deep into every cell of my body.
"this really is the only jazz noir band that I know in the universe*"
Fixed that for you
Love this.
Yeah Twin Peaks! This really does remind me of Angelo Badalamenti's score.
Amaaazing😱glad I clicked🙆♂️
Это то,что я люблю и в жару и на голодный желудок.
и я.
feel like I'm taking a coffee in the black lodge
amazing shine!
Estoy viendo el mismo color en el cielo !!
Damn good coffee!
Nooo why did they remove the complete album...
yeah man so sad
Should be Mülheim (Ruhr) in Germany, their hometown. The lettering on the left apartment block is "Forum" what is some kind of mall/housing complex.
... just beside the A40... where dreams go to dance under a pale moon .. and get run over by a Ruhrchemie truck.. :o)
clipping adds something special...
sounds like sloppy work to be honest and its a shame ...
twin peaks atmosphere. only dwarf missed ;)
Reminds of Relentless march of death

I already did
Excellent. But a lot of over modulation distortion - kind of a low fi sound. Wonder if this was intentional?
Gully Foyle Probably intentional. But if if not, I think it adds to the noir vibe of it.
In the Imperium, at least.
I'm sure there is, you can use last.fm to help you out.
Is it Stockholm in the Background?
MrRiiikard it is they are swedish or norvegian i don't remember
No, this is Mülheim, Germany, more exactly these buildings: bigbeautifulbuildings.de/objekte/forum-city-muelheim
