All lofty words spoken in yesterday' s seminar and symposium are thrown to wind. Have expert( those have exposure to trial court procedure) working lectures on subjects like execution of decree, suit of simplictor injunction, suit for specific performance of contract, etc.

Laws looks ethical in books and while hearing lectures but there are unethical practices when times comes to practical implementation of the same. One thing I still not able to understand why there are two different codes IPC and CrPC .. truly disgusting to see the highly complicated legal system, which leads to deny the justice to poor and even middle class common peoples.
