We went to Valencia Homes before lockdown but somehow I found it not that impressive as we were thinking it to be, after all we have seen this being constructed from scratch. The final product somehow has disappointed us. Don't know why? Still if you are saying we will try to cover it in our coming videos.

As a whole, all projects which are legally clear in sector 1 are costly. Builders who command good market reputation are also a bit pricey. Its one of those projects.

Both of the projects you have chosen are almost equivalent when it comes as a property but Arihant has an edge as a developer and casa greens 1 has some really cool architectures like the french window etc. Location wise sector 1 is a low density sector will always have an edge but at the same time it will be away from metro while casa will have metro at a closer distance in the future.
