    Currently they are offering a price of INR 3470 per square feet at the top floor for furnished flat wherein you will be getting complete wood work in kitchen and in all the wardrobes, except this 3470 you will have to pay some possession-time charges and registration charges
    On floors below the top you get unfurnished units with woodwork in kitchen (only below working counter).

      Thank you very much sir for the appreciation, it means a lot to us! We went to Valencia Homes before lockdown but somehow I found it not that impressive as we were thinking it to be, after all we have seen this being constructed from scratch. The final product somehow has disappointed us. Don't know why? Still if you are saying we will try to cover it in our coming videos.

    the project is good..ur coverage was also superb..found it helpful but it could have been much more useful if you had mentioned the price of units also..

      The price was there in the thumbnail and the description of this video but the prices have been revised that's the reason for non availability of the price with this video. Current prices are around 4400 per square feet

    Hello, the way you cover and share details in your video is just commendable. I need one suggestion from you. I am looking for a 2bhk ready to move unit in Noida ext and confused between Casa Green1 and Arihant Ambar. Pls advice which unit is better in terms of location, construction quality and investment purpose. Thanks in advance😃

      Thanks very much! Both of the projects you have chosen are almost equivalent when it comes as a property but Arihant has an edge as a developer and casa greens 1 has some really cool architectures like the french window etc. Location wise sector 1 is a low density sector will always have an edge but at the same time it will be away from metro while casa will have metro at a closer distance in the future.       As a whole, all projects which are legally clear in sector 1 are costly. Builders who command good market reputation are also a bit pricey. Its one of those projects.
