That is true.. My bf and I went to Thailand and since it was only two of us so most of our photos were singles or selfies UNTILLLLL we asked an 80 year old uncle to click our picture and OMG!!! It felt as if we got the photos clicked by a professional photographer.. We are forever indebted to him 😢 and had similar experiences in Singapore too❤ Asians are the bestttt

theyre l putting in the effort that they’d expect from a friend taking their pics! living in china i was truly impressed by the maneuvers an average fellow tourist (traveling usually in their own country) would put into taking pics of friends- a llot of diving, directing, angle working, straight up laying flat on the ground to get that dramatic shot…. a lot more dressing up to take pics at historic locations and such in beautiful red dresses in the autumn with the changing leaves or hanfu historical dress you see it all, and a lot of it. people have high standards for posting travel pics to their wechat feeds 😂 always felt a little inferior if someone asked me to take their photo or if i would offer, id make sure to put in that 150% effort haha

And I remember writing that i helped my mom to clean house, gave my friend a pencil , helped my sister to write homework etc. So we were teached to help and be kind to others fm our childhood only.
Literally the other day, we asked this Korean lady to take our group photo. She told us all to move to the other side because the lighting was bad and even asked if we wanted different angles. She was soo nice. 10/10 lol
