@ funny thing hat you ask. It would not charge last week. Ordered the part. Started the video and that sucker was charging today. Changed it out anyways!
I have a 2023 onward gas that is draining the battery thru the key switch circuit with key switch off. It will discharge in either operate or maintenance mode. Disconnected the complete harness to the dash. Removed all wires from the solenoid. Have a meter in series with the ground cable and it showing 7.5 v. The cart will crank, run and charge the battery at 14.7 v. Is this something you can help me with?
@@Golfcartwhisperer Yes, head lights, turn signals and brake lights. All of those fuses are pulled also. With those fuses in they all worked correctly. All fuses under the hood are out. The dash is completely out and on the floor. The 3 bank fuse holder under the seat only has the key switch fuse installed.
@@CDK225 so with everything unhooked the battery is still draining? Have you tried unhooking the main negative all the battery to make sure that the battery doesn’t bleed down by itself. With nothing hooked. On your solenoid tell me how the wires go on the big post. And where they go
Today I have unplugged the voltage regulator, a 10 amp fuse beside the voltage regulator, relay next to the vapor canister and the fuel tank plug and ground wire. The battery drain still present. I guess next step is to unplug gas pedal and brake pedal wires.
Just fixed it with your help. Tagged you in my video. Thanks Thomas!🛠️
Np man. What was it the regulator?

@HammerWrench that’s right you need to. How do you edit it like that. Also do I have permission to use a clip I made of your videos
I want to put it in a video of mine
@@Golfcartwhisperer my footage or the published video?

Do you have any accessories or turn signals on the cart.

@@CDK225 also check your fuel pump to make sure it’s not coming on with key off
@@CDK225 also check the relay behind the key switch plate. There is a relay make sure that it’s not stuck on.

@@CDK225 I would just take all the wires off of the battery and see if the drain is still there like a bad battery
@@CDK225 the way that carts designed is the key kills everything.
@@Golfcartwhisperer I unplugged the gas pedal and brake wires, drain still there.
You get it figured out
