I’m mostly politics though- he has a distaste for a certain man that used to be a president.
I mean I’m sure a lot of people don’t like him but Oversimplified doesn’t really bring up the topic at all and it’s just for jokes when he does. He can have his preferences but how about you display the full narrative on what makes people great and what their weaknesses are instead of making them look like an evil person.
Unless they are REALLY like hitler or Stalin… or Mao, King jong… god there’s a lot for terrible people isn’t there?
I genuinely don't think Trump has many, if any redeeming qualities. I don't think he's evil like Hitler or Stalin, but he's certainly a terrible person. I can understand why some people voted for him, but he's not a good person. He's only in it for Trump.

Ironically, part of the reason the French peasants were starving was because they were still clinging to old superstitions about potatoes being poisonous, an out of date idea even by that point.
Louis XVI even tried to encourage peasants to eat them by declaring that he ate potatoes, but it didn't matter.
French people:"We starving out here give us bread!"
Louis:"Have some damn potatoes then"
French people:"The fuck is wrong with you trying to kill us!"
There was too cause economically France lost a lot of money helping americans during Independence war and didn't asked America to give money back.

Wide-screen remaster by just adding white bars in each side (you can actually see the bars there), and reuploading for the views... Fan of the channel and its history, not a fan of the remaster itself!
The audio is also re-recorded at a better pace allowing for the illustrations to linger a bit longer
