This short film, created by filmmaker Jacquelyn Mills and produced by Darcy Campbell and Scott Moore in 2015, explores how Celtic Colours continues to change lives on Cape Breton and beyond. Celtic Colours has literally changed my life. For the past fifteen years I have been presenting Celtic music in New England as a result of attending Colours. The music was so good, I had to bring it home for my friends to see. We have been promoting Colours ever since. It is amazing and inspiring. If you have not yet attended, please put it high on your list of "must do".

I last went to Celtic Colours in 2012. My mother was dying of cancer and it was her wish to visit Cape Breton one last time. A place of bittersweet memories.

A beautiful film of an endeavor that is oozing with pride. The final song " My Bonny" sung by a woman whom we lost this year 2020, Laura Smith. May her saintly voice serenade the heavens. Rip
