You don’t get in your way. You tests you & gives you adversity so you can overcome it. You has your best interest at heart always. Like a father teaching his son how to ride against adversity. Every time YOU gives you resistance, be thankful, see behind the illusion, you have been given a chance to stand in your path. Make YOU proud!
Look, I have a video too. Well, about this video: - The core message revolves around the concept of battling oneself; the greatest enemy is depicted as one's own self. - Personal anecdotes, like the experience with martial arts, emphasize the journey of self-realization and improvement. - Fear and procrastination are highlighted as internal obstacles that hinder progress. - The importance of perseverance, self-motivation, and continuous learning is stressed throughout. - The narrative underscores the necessity of consistent effort, overcoming self-doubt, and making daily choices that align with long-term goals.
Confidence comes from knowing your capabilities and feeling safe relying on them. Competence builds confidence. Do stuff. Prove it to yourself. Be humble and start small, as small you need it to be. Find your current solid ground - the level you are capable. It might be tiny, that does not matter. You can and will expand later. Get some experience, learn, adapt, improve. Do stuff. And soon you will see, that you are capable of learning, that you are becoming better and more competent. But you need to start. And you need to start small. "You don’t become confident by shouting affirmations in the mirror, but by having a stack of undeniable proof that you are who you say you are. Outwork your self doubt." -- Alex Hormozi
Figure out why you doubt yourself, whats the source. There was a start to these doubts. Doubting yourself isn't your personality trait. Because as a child you were fearless. And as you grew up you picked up doubts and unpleasant experiences. So what happened?
Doubt is always going to be there. The mind protects you~ but so much it doesn’t allow growth. ~ if your coming across anxiety or fear, it’s only due to the limitation you set on yourself. - in those times just tell yourself ~ fears become your limitations. That voice of self-doubt is always going to be there. It comes when you're physically tired, mentally drained, hungry, distracted, etc. That's not you. We all have that inner bitch. It's not you. The video emphasizes the importance of self-motivation, facing fears, overcoming personal limitations, and continuous learning for personal development. The speaker asserts that the biggest obstacle in life is oneself, and the ability to change comes from recognizing and tackling this. They mention the significance of martial arts in their own journey, teaching them they could improve and succeed. They argue that making repetitive mistakes indicates a lack of self-growth. The speaker encourages stepping into fear, comparing it to an ocean that seems vast but is shallow upon stepping into it. They discuss the necessity to become one's own motivator and coach and to constantly strive for improvement despite challenging conditions. They also highlight the importance of making daily choices, pushing past comfort zones, and not relying solely on inherent talent to achieve success. The speaker advocates for perseverance through hardship and the cultivation of an internal drive to overcome obstacles. They conclude by emphasizing that growth requires consistent effort over time, often involving sacrifice and doing tasks others may find boring or difficult in order to
