I chose the weirdest path in my first FM24 save, I started unemployed as former Sunday League player. First signed on for Uruguay's U23s for Olympic qualifying and and the Olympics itself. I got handed a solid group with France, Guinea, and Australia. I thoughy I was set for making it to the knockouts after I gave France a strong run in the opening match losing 5-4 then I battered Guinea 3-0, but I got shocked by Australia losing 3-2 with a 16 year old Australian wonderkid scoring a brace. I was let go after the Olympics by Uruguay's FA so I stayed unemployed for the rest of the summer and fall. I then signed with Amorebeita in the Spanish 3rd tier to fight relegation. But, I really struggled to squeeze any creative quality out of the squad and when there were nice attacking moments every shot happened to hit the post or the cross bar. So I quit that job, and hopped on board for Australia's U23s to help Australia secure Asian Nations Cup qualification and I battered all my opponents playing an aggressive 5-2-1-2 and of course relying on that 16 year old wonderkid who killed me in the Olympics. After a quality 4 game qualifying run I got the chance to be the Honduras Senior National Team manager hoping to make a good run in CONCACAF World Cup Qualifying with an extremely thin player pool especially in defense. Hopefully I can relay this job into possible chance to coach a top flight team possibly in South Korea or Japan or Australia.
I really wish USL was in the game so I that I could always return home to a lower tier club if possible.

@@Timbone07 It's the professional and semi-professional Soccer pyramid in the United States that exists underneath the MLS, it has promotion and relegation but MLS is a closed league that can only be entered by buying into the league through expansion.

You've overthought the Let's Play series. I like both styles of video and don't even play FM. And when I don't like one, I'll go to the next. A second channel is overkill.
no, he’s probably right tbh. The youtube algorithm prefers consistent engagement, which encourages different types of content to be on separate channels. A separate let’s play channel might be a good thing :)
Thanks for the education@@Tofuwu-co8sx. I know little about the algorithm, so that's good to know. I do think, however, many are like me and simply enjoy his content overall and follow him in general. I can honestly say I likely won't follow his Let's play series though.
How can you not play fm
When Sancho got injured my first thought was that you should play Garnacho ahead of Antony on the right, especially since you have the role set to Winger. Antony is left footed and likes to cut inside as an inside forward whereas Garnacho is right footed and more likely to drive at the defence.
In my own save, Garnacho has 6 goals after 10 games. He's a low key beast in the game.
Hincapie has been getting a lot of attention transfer rumour wise. I also have him at Utd on my FM23 save in 2032 which I have loaded up in FM24. Loving the new game!

I suspect your fitness against Red Star, allowing you to dominate late in games with them might be down to your passing style. You can imagine getting a LOT of the ball against a team like that with your players, and you can picture very easily Red Star having to do a heck of a lot of running and tracking back, and all kinds of mental concentration at all times meaning that at some point they just get exhausted physically and mentally, and at that point it's no longer a contest.
PS, it's really clear your change to a 4231 was working far better than the 433 was. Why not just make that change permanent?
I went to a red star game earlier this year, it was only a league game against a team who were a bit crap, but was still super enjoyable. Although going in the stewards took my coins off me, had about 3 quid in my wallet saying I might throw it. There was police with guns outside and inside was flares everywhere, think my coins were the least of their worries 😂

I went with Muani instead of Hojlund and he's been pretty good for me so far. He was slightly cheaper than Hojlund as well. Still cost me $101M USD.

you should probably promote some youth to give you some better depth. Unless you are happy playing Erikson and Donny. I would suggest Hannibal, Kobbie Mainoo and Amad Diallo.
