Hola, ¿por qué quieres convertirlos? Sí se puede, pero inevitablemente les bajarías la calidad. Además, el formato MKV es el formato original de estos archivos al extraerlos ya sea de un DVD/Blu-ray o plataforma de streaming; y también es mejor calidad que el MP4. Si es por compatibilidad entonces te recomiendo descargar VLC ya sea que estés en Android o Windows y ya podrás reproducir, cambiar pistas de audio y activar subtítulos sin problema alguno. Sí aún así quieres convertirlos te puedo asistir con ello.
