I loved watching the kids making cookies. Even though I don't have school kids anymore, it's still handy to have a supply in the freezer for my husband's lunches or when he says, I need to bring in some cookies for a meeting.🙂

It was so cute watching your kids make cookies. I used to do that with my kids when they were little. It was a lot of fun

❤I love that you do this at the beginning of the year for school. I don’t have school kids anymore but I still have loads of cookies and muffins in the freezer. I do the same flash freeze them and then load them in freezer bags. Comes in handy when I have a party ir cook out to attend I never come empty handed. And in San Antonio we always have something going on. 😊 Love seeing your beautiful family.

Yes! As someone who grew up in San Antonio, there is always something going on! 🥰 And muffins freeze so well too! I always have baked goods in my freezer for those some reasons. I never want to be caught empty handed! 😊

I very much appreciate that you showed the different portion scoop sizes before and after they cooked. I think that I've had the medium one for years and years to make cookies & meatballs and I didn't even know it was Pampered Chef, but it probably was. I've purchased others from Walmart and gave them away because they weren't the same. Thank you for the cookie recipes. I live alone and cookies are dangerous in my house. But, if I had room in the freezer, which I don't, I would freeze those balls of cookie dough and then make 1 or 2. That way, I wouldn't be tempted to make a whole can of them and then eat them in 2 days.

The cookie scoops are amazing! Definitely one of my favorite kitchen things! And freezing the balls of cookie dough is becoming one of my kids favorite things too. So easy to make a couple any time you need them!

Awe Kristen, what a sweet video of you and your children baking together. It brings back memories of when my children were little. It’s so nice you’re carrying on a family tradition. I wish I would’ve done this, although my children had homemade cookies in their lunch when I baked. This is still a good idea for adults. We can pull out a sweet treat with a cup of coffee without overeating cookies. It’s convenient when you need them for company or take to an event. Have you ever made Niemen Marcus cookies?

Homemade cookies are good no matter what age! And would you believe no, I have never made Neiman Marcus cookies! 😲 I think because they have nuts in them and I am not a fan of nuts in my cookies. Ha. Am I thinking of the right recipe? Maybe I will have to try them now that I am older! 😁

Thanks! 🥰 We do love to bake here! Now...do I trust them with buckeyes? Not quite yet! 😂 Although maybe Nathan and Emma can help roll this year before I do all the dipping!

Fun video. I love baking cookies 🍪
I used to to make freezer cookie dough balls often so I always have some to bake 👩🏻‍🍳 on a whim.
I need to do this again. 😊
    Thanks! ❤

Baking is my stress relief! As for the cookie dough balls, I didn't used to freeze them that way but the kids and I really like being able to make some fresh cookies quickly...OR eat a ball of cookie dough for dessert instead of a cookie! 😊😂🍪

I love shortbread but the rest of my family thinks it's too boring, haha. They might like a chocolate chip version but I'm not a big chocolate person so plain is fine with me. Then I get all the cookies for myself! 😋 Enjoyed the video--thanks!

No wonder you have to buy so much butter! LOL> Not judging I have 23 lbs in my deep freeze. Great motivation to use it up.

Yep. We make A LOT and butter is key! I think I am right about where you are with 24lbs now which should get me past the next butter sales. 🧈 Happy baking!
