I lost my sweet dog of 7 years yesterday... I held his head against my chest as went and I just cried. I held him and pet his fur as we drove out, and I can't believe my sweet boy is gone, I'll never see him run up the stairs again, I'm never getting another chance to take him to the park, and I'm never going to wake up to him next to me. God dammit, he's just gone and I'll never get him back. I wish I spent just one more afternoon with him, fuck studying, fuck exercise, just one more afternoon running around with him and id be happy, but I'm never getting that afternoon and I'm gonna need to live with it. He died, and I held his fragile body like I always did, close to my heart, soft and delicate, but he was gone, his chest still, his breath ceased. It doesn't matter how much I cry, how much I miss him, I'll never see him in my room again, and I can't believe it. My little boy, the one who loved me and needed me more than anything else in this life is gone.

My whole childhood felt like it was based on Adventure Time, my personality, my decisions, and every time I had free time, I would watch this

One of my greatest friends passed away a few months ago, and I didn't find out until a month after she had passed, yet I always feel connected to her when I hear this song. I never met her in person, yet sometimes when I listen to this, I look over and see her sitting beside me, and I know it's her from her welcoming aura. However, I don't know what she looked like, but I don't need to, I know it's her. She was the only friend in that group that would always check in, make sure I was okay, and then she was gone and I didn't realize it until I saw her lover move on. It hurt immensely, yet I'm not sad, I know she's with me everyday, for I know what her presence feels like when I'm sad.
I think that's what happened to my friend. Angel was one of my closest friends. This was our song, it was supposed to comfort me, it makes me cry. I don't know if she is alive or not. It's been months. We never met in person either, this was the last thing we sung together. I just hope she's alright. I'm sorry for your loss.

this song is so heartbreaking. just thinking about it.. and i’m not even writing this so people can read this i’m writing this to get it out of my system. i used to play roblox with this one girl since i was 11 and i’m 17 now and she’s 19. we stopped playing when i was 16 and she was 18 and it breaks my heart now that that is over. the whole cartoon thing is really comforting because it is fiction which reminds me of a video game and playing roblox with this girl was honestly the most sacred memories ever. felt so real

I just rewatched the whole show, 10 seasons of pure nostalgia. It is hard for me to say goodbye to Adventure Time. I cried after watching together again, the fact that they’ll keep having adventures in a way, makes me happy. Two years ago, I was in a scenario where basically all of my friends decided to “exile” me from their group, because I was queer. And Adventure Time ended, this song hurt so much. I didn’t have those people in my life anymore. Then during summer one person texted me asking me if I was ok and how I was going. She said that she didn’t hate me or anything like that. She told me she wanted to stay friends because she didn’t care that I was queer. I didn’t believe her at first- since I told two people, then those two people told like every teacher. So after a round a month I believed her and we’ve been best friends since. With covid and quarantine, we couldn’t hang out. She’s busy so she doesn’t have a lot of time to text, so she thought she would lose me. We hung out and talked loads. I sang this to her and I explained why I hated it at first but then she was there and then I loved the song. She cried. We now have this thing where I send her little videos about stuff I’m doing, and vice versa. I realised how much Adventure Time had impacted my life. Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk.

Long POV: With heavy eyes, you start to wake up on a comfortable soft chair in an unfamiliar, yet warm and cozy room. You slowly get up and realise you were in front of wall with what seemed to be a rectangle screen. Something felt different with this one though. You couldn't wrap your mind around it, it felt weird but in a way that made you feel warm inside. It felt welcoming. With a comfortable blanket and pillow covering you, in the corner of your eye, you spot a glowing light coming from the screen. You quickly direct your attention to the screen and see multiple figures in the screen. It looked as if they were walking right to you, right through the screen. As if nothing was blocking their way, and that's what's happening. A group of familiar silhouettes walk through the screen. Your eyes, face and body are greeted with a warm glow. You looked down at your hands, wondering what possibly is happening. Then you hear a voice say "Hello y/n, it's nice to finally meet you. Do you remember who we are?" questioned a friendly and recognisable voice. You hear another voice say "How are you, y/n? We hope we were able to make you happy." You slowly look up and see. . . every character of every show you have ever watched, even ones that you sort of forgot until now. "Why are you crying?" You took in those words and touched your face. You were crying. Why was that? You realised, it's because you could finally meet the individuals that made you feel happy. They all made you feel special.
"We all enjoyed our time together, we were able to feel more than what was just seen from on the other side of a screen. We felt happiness, sadness, excitement, and so much more. You mean so much to every single one of us, y/n. You may not realise it, but we all appreciate you. We love, care, appreciate and accept you, just like how you treated us." You feel as if something is in heart, it felt. . . heavy, and it didn't feel as pleasant. You then realised what it was. It was sadness and so much negative and sad feelings. All being piled up, feeling it in every inch of your heart. So this is how they felt when they described what they felt when they were feeling this way. "So this is how it feels, huh?" You question yourself. Still crying, with your face stained with more and more tears. "We were always able to see how you felt, how we made you feel. It gave us a feeling that we wanted more of. We just couldn't see you sad, even if some of us had to act like something or someone else and made you feel bad or something, we were never willing to do it. We just wanted to make you as happy as we could." One of them said. You burst out into tears, painting your lovely face with the tears that dripped down your face, uncontrollably and endlessly. With you sobbing in front of them, another of them asked you. "So did we do it? Were we able to make you happy, y/n?"

I was born a day after Adventure Time aired, it's hard to believe Adventure Time has been out for 12 years... My older sister loved this show, especially Marceline.

This music reminds me of my best friend, Ethan. He was one of my best friends in school when i was 14 years old. He always play and hangout with me everyday, he always help me on works, and he always give requirements for our project. On the next day, he began to get symptoms like headache and a fever, i told his mother to bring him to the doctor and getting him checked up for diseases but his mother didnt checked him up to the doctor. until the next week, he later died because of the disease called dengue fever. i was very sad and i could still remember all the fun i've ever had with him. Thank you for this music to come up to my recommendations...

This song is making me feel so melancholy, my favourite friend who always used to comfort me is leaving our college and I’m never gonna see him again. I felt so uncool compared to him but he always used to give me hugs and be such a sweet support system for me when the others just complained. I hope you do have a great life, Z. You really do deserve it, please look after yourself (I’m quite worried about him tbh I’m protective and shit but he makes a lot of depression jokes and things and it’s gotten v graphic before)
He leaves at the end of this month. I’m going to have to survive a final academic year without him and then I’ll be off to uni, probably without anybody familiar. I just hope he enjoys whatever he does, it’s so frustrating that I can’t be with him and see what happens :((

Honestly this song shows that people say they arent afraid of death but, when you or a loved one dies or is close to death it feels like your being torn away bit by bit, as if this world hates you. Recently mom came close to death and she had a 70% of death during death, she lived but as I waited I related how mysterious and terrifying death is, we percieve it as many things but.. what if heaven isnt a thing? What if you just floated in a void and no one would know, you watch your loved ones die over the years, you watch your life on loop, or you just... restart but- there's no consent to it, you're thrown into another life never remembering the people you had back then. Its terrifying, I don't think there's a such thing as a fear of death- noone truly wants to die.. its instinct, you can want to die but you don't want to know what happens after..
I really miss this show, it was a true experience to enjoy as it got grew and matured with you. I haven’t felt like crying in like 4 years up until I watched the finale but the ending was perfect .this still make me feel like crying an ocean just listening to this

I’ve never cried so much. This show has changed my life completely and it is one of the only great memories being in an abusive home and coming home knowing I can cry and whatch all the episodes again and again. Now I’ve grown up and gotten out of that situation it feels like it ended because i was happy and I didn’t need it to keep pushing anymore (obviously I know it’s not)
I miss my best friends.....one has to leave for a month at least and my other friend is ghosting me because of it....
