    Good stuff brother. I did the same exercises after my achilles tendon repair in physical therapy. I still do those, very helpful for strengthening the achilles, calf and ankle area.

    G'day mate, i do this with a noodle in the hydrotherapy pool, got a herniated L5 at present and this helps like no end. Especially the stretches from the base of the foot keeping tension on the knee. Good vid as always. Cheers Moose Down Under.
