One question is the building insured? good luck on getting it fixed but to be on the safe side the entire front wall might have to come down. I'm also surprised the Dodge does not have more damage if he hit at 30 mph. Sorry this happen man. Hope it can be fixed.

Luckily that walls should be an easy fix to DIY it.. open a brick at the top and fill the wall with cement every 2 or 3 bricks across the top making sure the concrete also closes off the holes made. That would be enough but to do it Weston style I'd do them all. Let some cure then do more until the whole wall is full of concrete. Then the next person to hit it would get a RUDE surprise cause the wall would barely have a scratch.

I used to work (as the IT guy) for a masonry company. I've seen a similar thing happen. They did an easy fix. They drilled a hole in a brick at the top and used a concrete pump to fill the wall with grout cement. Luckily it looks like your roof is supported on the opposing sides to that wall mostly should just be supporting itself.

That building is going to need some TLC now. Not that it looks like it was any great shakes to begin with. Getting hit sure did not do it any favors though.
If there is insurance on the vehicle, they can be made to pay for all the damages. They will hee and haw and do everything they can to not pay though. If there is no insurance, well, just have to pay for it out of pocket and try to recover it through juicy videos and merch or selling a kidney.

Had the same thing happen to us with a garage where someone hit the corner of the building, was brick and somehow they drove away. I heard a noise, went to look and didn't see anything... somehow the car drove away, chunks of it everywhere. Called the cops, but they were long gone by then.
A guy I know went off the road and right thru the back wall of a unreinforced concrete block garage. It shifted/ broke the back wall and the end wall. Concrete blocks went flying and nocked the garage doors off the front of the garage. The owner held his late model Chevy pickup hostage until the insurance company had paid for a full replacement of the garage.
