Where is Tonje himeslf? The rules state that rotation should be be regional, gender-based and disciplinanry such as navy or airforce. There is a problem. Where are women on line of heading KDF? They are being ignored or the Tonje rules do not apply.

Why the fuss? Ruto should appoint a Kalenjin as the next CDF and the deputy CDF.too.
After the dust settles down, Ruto should replace Koome the IGP, who is a useless busy body. Replace him with a Kalenjin. Aren't the Kalenjin the Principal Shareholders? Let's say it the way it is!
