ECO 150 vs Earth & Turf Review

We run both throughout the growing season and here are my thoughts on the machines after using them for one or more seasons.
The two models are the ECO Lawn 150 and the Earth and Turf 100SP.

Thanks for the review. We have very fine sand as the soil so it needs annual/semi annual amendment to provide nutrients and help retain moisture. I had been leaning toward the Earth nTurf and your review has confirmed that inclination. Our turfed lawn is about an acre; I'm leaning toward the 220 tow behind since it does broad cast a bit vs. the smaller 65 that just drops the material.

Nice review. Thinking about grabbing one of these to do sand topdressing next year. I think the EcoLawn 250 is more robust for something like sand. Also they make a new 250S model specifically for sand. Glad to know they are both fairly easy to work on.

I think you would be happy with any of these machines over applying by hand or having to rent one. They pay for themselves very fast.

Do you have any experience of 60SP? It has a similar spreader as Eco 150. Which one do you think (only your thoughts if you do'nt know) is the best machine? Thanks in advance.

I don't have any experience with the 60SP, but I would imagine it would work great knowing how they build their machines.

how are you loading the machines? had the eco machine and sold it cause i hated loading it.

Our crews are 4 -5 guys per crew and make quick work hand loading out of a materials trailer.

How much do you charge for it? Do you include the compost or material in the price?

We include everything in one price and we always price by the square footage of the lawn.
