Nishkarsh ,please help me to understand how GST works- For example we have fulfilment with qikink and selling products on AMazon seller account ,Qikink is in Coimbatore and we are selling from Madhya Pradesh and got GST of MP state ,so will I be able to sell through MP GST ?

it's not a legal sale if you are selling interstate, because GST no is required for Interstate online sales. Only Intrastate online sale is exempt. Your PAN no is linked to your GST number. Almost all drop shippers are misleading the resellers by saying you don't require GST number to sell their products. It is allowed from 1-10-2023, only for INTRASTATE online sales. Please chk

What if someone's starting her pod business in India taking a self-propreitorship and later she wants to have a foreign entity and has to get a LLC, So does she needs to again have a gst number for LLC separately other than the self-prop. gst number she had earlier ? Or there are some other steps taken for these?
Mere father ka bike repairing shop hai aur shop ka GST bhi pay karte hai . Kiya same GST no se mein e-commerce platform like Amazon meesho Flipkart Ppe sell kar sakta hoon .

@@nishkarshsharmaa If you wish to do Business PAN India that is if you are selling to other states from your Home state then GST is Required for online sales. The problem is that POD suppliers are selling their products through you and ship the product with your Name on the bill. End of the day you are answerable for the sale and responsible for all the Tax compliances.
