Sangrami Lahiri, an esteemed Classical Vocalist holding an A grade at All India Radio, has been graciously invited to showcase her talent in the National Program from Delhi. As a dedicated disciple of Sangeetacharya Pandit Amiya Ranjan Bandyopadhyay, the revered figure of the Bishnupur Gharana, she has immersed herself in his teachings for over 45 years. Sangrami achieved the top position in Khayal during the All India Radio Music Competition in 1986.
Beyond her affiliation with All India Radio Kolkata, Sangrami is a seasoned performer who has graced numerous classical concerts in India and on international stages. While her professional background lies in engineering, she passionately pursues music as a central aspect of her identity. For Sangrami, music nourishes her soul, blending her technical prowess as an engineer with the artistic fervor that defines her as a musician.
