one thing i noticed is if you have an icon pack because they are changed systemwide it copies that over to the sandbox so if you get hacked on the main machine they could modify it to always save but not likely if you download stuff through sandbox before really installing

Sandbox is like using different laptop. When you search, view or download, do it as anonymous (no login). Once you close the sandbox, is like the laptop disappear. No trace back to you.

If you have another language on Windows it appears as "Isolated space for Windows" or something similar not directly "Windows Sandbox" like in english
