I get mine 3m-3.5m per second with 1700 resonance
ive managed +2m dps for roughly 6-8 seconds with my 850 reso necro, but fell off considerably when my gem buffs ran out

I believe my high dps is thanks to my familar. I have a broodtalon with a legendary lingering wounds that gives a 16% dmg buff for a few seconds

The extra magic attributes that give me more summons and %to double summon are properties of my eternal gear you have to farm terror rifts oblivion pillars and hellslayer bounties to find eternal gear
