The same is happening here in upstate New York.
The US citizens are not being helped with a place to live when homeless and other emergency needs because the migrants are being put priority.
We also have several Americans going homeless because the help is focused solely on the migrants. I know of an American family with children living in a tent in the country because they can't get the help they need to have a place to live.
The hotels here are all full of migrants and no space to put an American up for a place to stay or for anyone coming in needing a hotel for the night or so.
I am wondering where do the American people go now for help? We have lost our rights it feels like but that is my opinion.

Last weekend I was in the west end around midnight. I can't remember if it was Shafer St or Light St, but it was between W. Main and W. High st and it was mobbed with Haitians. They had a couple of canopies set up and they were cooking right off the street. I'm sure everything was properly permitted :...D They were all out milling around in the street and there was a strong odor of weed. I was a little afraid, but I went through anyway and was able to get over to W. High without incident'. It might be a lot scarier over there, be low key if you go over there. I hope you'll be able to find the police report on that accident-if they even did one. The sirens are non-stop now, smh. Prayers for your safety and thanks for what you do.
