I love the rhinestone skull you are working on! What a great way to use those fabulous vintage rhinestone pieces! I would definitely display the reverse side of the photo that had the dark background! At 5:03 you had 3 items you were adding to your cabinet. At least one of them, with the space for a pencil, is an aide memoire, a way for women to keep track of appointments and such, exactly the way we use “notes” on our cell phones. They were often hung on chatelaines. The “paper” was often very thin slices of ivory, so you could erase and keep using, which paper would not allow you to do. The aide memories were often made on silver and engraved. Dance cards in the late 18th and 19th centuries were similar. Hope this is helpful.

I don't normally care for skulls, but done in rhinestones??? You got this! I can't really tell sizes on videos too well, but it seems that skull would be totally cool in that black and white frame... if it fits. The bathroom is just lovely! It is so nice to have a husband that is good with his hands. And do not worry... we who love you never feel your videos have anything negative about them.... except they can be short! LOL

Your skull looks amazing. I thought the skull at the start had nuts in it until you said about the cacti. You could photocopy the backs of the card to use bits in your journaling. The back is as good as the fronts so varied images. The black one at the end I've never seen one that is black would it fit your picture frome to display for Halloween. It would be interesting to look the lady up to see if you can find more about her.
I'd love for you to come to my home and do the same sort of thing. I have a lot of really great pieces, I just can't ever seem to get them in a position that I think looks good. I also don't know how to hang shelves or pictures so my walls are often bare and I love gallery walls but I can never seem to find the right pictures to put together in a set. You just have a real knack for this

The skull is going to be epic. I was thinking instead of the usual black velvet background that a deep purple or dark burgundy might be interesting.

The dark burgundy would have my vote, more unusual than black which would be the expected choice and could subconsciously suggest dried blood!

Our lilacs have a few blooms the white and the purple wierd.That second photo card had a nice spiders web in corner you'll have to set it out .

I use soap and water with a toothbrush. I also use copper and silver polish with a tooth brush.
