A short overview of Amitabh Bachchan's visit to Oxford University, hosted by the Oxford Centre for Hindu Studies (OCHS), May 2011. He is received at the OCHS; walks through medieval streets (without being mobbed); views treasures of the Bodleian Library; gives a response to the Distinguished Ford Lecture; and is guest of honour at an OCHS dinner in the Hall of Trinity College, where the grace is recited in Sanskrit, by Dr Nicholas Sutton.
Excellence is respected everywhere. Amitabh's acting is all about excellence and perfection!

I had not realised that AB had been invited by OCHS back in 2011. His humbleness and honesty regarding the existence of this specific centre is a great tribute to this astounding man. I thoroughly enjoyed watching this and thank OCHS for sharing it.

I think we indian are still slave to english. We have wonderful colleges and Universities in our India i think these all celebrities must go there to encourage our young generation for how to develop a new India....sorry to say but this is truth

Indus valley civilization was belong to Dravida langauges people... sanskrit langauge is offshoot of indo european family langauge.... Dravida traditional and ritual were hijacked by Sanskrit langauge through back doors... Check out in india, any Aracheaological site before 600BCE. You will be found Dravida people history...
