Kashmir Shaivism or Trika

- We are going to continue talking about Non-duality. We have already talked about Advaita Vedanta, but there is another doctrine, less known, called Kashmir Shaivism, or Kashmir Shaivism, or Trika.
This Shivaism belongs to the tantric traditions, where enlightenment is sought within us, without seeking it outside.
Reality can be seen in many ways. In a dual culture, we see good-bad, right-wrong, pretty-ugly… You are here and God is there. And you have to fulfill his commandments. Feeling that divinity within you is very complicated. But in other cultures, like this one in India, everything is seen in a different way.
It is not known when it was formed and it is assumed that it is one of the oldest ideas. His teachings have been passed down by true masters who have conveyed the idea concisely, without alterations. This is why it is so important to find a good teacher if you want to delve deeper into Kashmiri Shaivism. You will need a good teacher and a lot of dedication.

Cuando estoy en spicodelicos me llegan pensamientos similares al shivaismo incluso la muerte de ego sentir que tu energía vital termina y en ese momento liberas DMT y se ve la realidad diferente (fractalizada)
Muy muy bien explicado, aunque eché en falta un concepto que tiene mucha importancia en esta bellísima tradición: La Gracia.
