for part B and C try reading the question first and then read the paragraph and go to the answer that might help please try once 😊 it had helped many of my friends

Hi, can someone explain the information she got about patient being monitored for "24 hours" in the letter (writing part). I just want to be sure - can we add such details if they were not present in case notes?

hello, Of course the information is presented she got it from the admission and discharge date. and of course you can not add and any information from the outside of the case note.

it was written on the admission date and discharge date, so it is understandable that you have treated/monitored the patient for 24 hours
