What I always find amusing in these kind of survival games is people wanting their creatures to be some crazy flashy colors. Yet it's far better to use colors that help you blend in with the brush. The number of times I've had hunters run right over/past me just by losing line of sight and hunkering down and not move while I look like part of the brush :P
Depends on the server, too, for me at least.
In those that are more of the Sandbox/hanging out with friends/PvP vibe - fast growth, giga Marks and all - I pick colors I LIKE the most, most often blue or albino.
In typical survival ones where I want a real experience - a blend of greens, browns and maybe some grey all the way! 👍
@@Sapphiresenthiss Yep. If it's a funzie chillax kind of server, by all means show off them colors! But if its real survival it's best to blend in and hunt those that want to go all flashy. The number of albinos I have taken down... makes you wonder why you don't really see many of such surviving in the wild for long outside a few rare instances (like albino orcas, but they have a tight nit family structure that helps each other out, even disabled members)

Countless players have basically walked into my dilo (greens, greens all the way and the new, lovely birch forest being my favourite hunting ground!💚) so many, many times...
BUT! May sound as strange as it probably is but I also sometimes like going albino on survival servers. Gives me a sort of 'satisfaction' to grow and hunt and survive successfully, I suppose?
I remember that time when I was the only snow-white albino in a family of greys, greens, browns...
All got annihilated by a bunch of bigger carnivores... while I survived the massacre as a baby and grew alone into a full adult 🤣 Problem with these peeps was one you're probably familiar with: CAN'T.KEEP.THEIR.MOUTHS.SHUT. Spam calling all, *ALL* the time! In a way it was kind of satisfying to see them get murdered one by one.
On survival servers I'm basically mute. I have no vocal cords XD

@@Sapphiresenthiss omg I know that feeling. People not knowing to STFU and just spam call is why I rather go solo. I love Carno on the isle, even from legacy, its just a personal fav with a nice mid tier that can do a lot. But every single time I join up with others it's brodcast spam all over the place and then they QQ because someone found and killed them... like you do realize you're not the only one that can HEAR that nonsense right? That it isn't just in the small area your at? It's called BRODCAST for a reason. It's the same on here as well. I like roaming about, and keeping my mouth shut. Even if being attacked I will only do calls on servers with rules for such. Otherwise SHUT UP and not draw in more that may hear you yell out 'DINNER TIME' to every hungry mouth.

Made me reinstall Path of Titans to give this new mod ago. I love dragons/wyverns! It's fun to be a beast in the air
Ngl, I hope PoT modders mod in more Non-Dinosaur or fictional creatures into the game, because I am really liking the sight of a dragon in PoT lol. It would be cool if modders put things like The Indominus Rex into the game or something like that imo.
I'm with you there about fantasy creatures and mammals in POT. The dragon seems to fit in a little more. When more dragon mods are made it would be nice to have a fantasy server without the dinos mixing in.
I’ve been to thinking this myself. There really should just be some sort of fantasy server with all these mods in it and no Dino’s. Would be a lot of fun!

I got this game a few days ago and already the draco is probably going to be my main/favorite! It fits my playstyle fairly well. I tried raptor, as velocciraptors are my fave dinos, but unfortunately without a pack to play with I'm easy pickings for everyone else. Even as a juvie I had triceratops going out of their way to trample me lol. Draco I've gotten to adult, and being able to soar out of the way of any danger, swooping in to deal damage then flying out is so good. Perching on a cliff, diving in to steal food, drink water or hunt is just so satisfying
You should give a good semi realism community server a try. Chaos can still happen, but toxicity, stupidity, rudeness, and completely ridiculous situations are null or minimal.
Holy cow, this mod looks so good. It always amazes me how people can create such things and incorporate it so well into another game. Also, great video as always! :,)

@@yellowtonesI will definitely have to check this mod out for myself! I wasn’t so sure about creature mods either but this one is so well made, and who wouldn’t want to be a dragon haha. Plus it seems that server has a few fantasy creature options so it’s fitting. :)

Jurassic hub 2, if u like fast growth( but not crazy fast) and more marks also it's a good place to play if u wanna try other mods that most servers don't have cuz the chances are that it will have them

Honestly I'm sure the devs regret that at this point considering everyone clowns on the game for that. They also know they're being carried by the mod community

Can you play on a server called reds pvp no rules plz because they host events like fights and scout (find a object they put on the map) and there is tp so u don't have to run across the whole map and is the only server I play on

It's just community servers that you join. You can pick a server that interests you

@edgoor The one I use specifically is JurassicHub2 (50xG 50xM). Although if it ends up not being what you're looking for, you can just click on details and select servers until you see the mod you want. Realism servers of course are to be ignored right away since they would never have these mods
