Yes, I agree that bishops are very valuable in 4pc early and middle game. But even a trade of same material or even loosing a bishop for a rook or rook for a bishop or bishop for a queen can be a sacrifice since I loose material and two players on the board did not loose material during this trade.

i think RxB isn't sacrifice. in early game and in middle game bishops are more valuable.
