I was fortunate enough to see the Wall tour in 1980 with all four members, but not for long because they literally had a wall built between us, the audience which looking back it was like Roger Waters was saying goodbye as a member of Pink Floyd. Nevertheless it was still an amazing experience! Then in 1988 I took my little brother to the Momentary Lapse of Reason tour because they were his favorite band and his first concert. He had no idea what he was in store for. That was the same show as this one, just in the USA.

I saw Pink Floyd about a dozen times, all over Europe, because I was completely blown away by the sound and the light show. The first time I saw them was in Mannheim, then in Basel, Lausanne, Cologne, Stuttgart, Nuremberg, Frankfurt, Nijmegen, Venice, Versailles, Amsterdam, London and Knebworth. For me, the better show than PULSE, which I also saw several times. I'm not happy with the new edition of DSOT, because the guitar solo in Comfortably Numb in the original 1988 version alone is the best David Gilmour has ever played in terms of harmony and precision, albeit edited together. Any re-recorded version has no reason to exist and is pure commerce in my eyes.
