What I love about Claude / Sonnet is that it is actually visually creative as well, it actually knows good responsive design and will often output modern-ish looking components and pages
I had to step out and leave the video half way, that was a proper dev marathon in the end :D . One thing though I think you can do this in another way, 1. Do all the initial annoying fiddly setup bit in Cursor first (may have to get a 1 month sub), the credits should be enough to setup say 10 - 20 projects. Then switch over to Anthropic for the fine tuning, it should cost the same in the end.
You can carefully do this and use the api and cline with claude to complete the project. I have been dealing with using up My tokens in the middle of a project I'm am trying to finish l.
So i guess we could do that with roocline(roocode)? As we can just move or delete or edit system prompt? I guess its easier to explain this way you did it but for work we could do thst more efficiently with roo? No?
If the program you sre trying to make gets to complex claude tends to start messing up variables and such. But if you just want to make a website it should be enough
I didn't include any links, just a ChatGPT summary (which i asked it to write in the first person) of the workflow i decided to adopt to create and deploy WordPress websites to a shared hosting service.. oh well.. i just wanted to give you and your audience another possible idea...a VPS service costs considerably more than a shared hosting service..@Incomestreamsurfers
Well, Hostinger is working pretty well for me. They recently had a pretty good deal this last Christmas and took advantage of it. Currently experimenting with it.. Building the WordPress site locally using local by flywheel (and Cursor) and deploying to the server with Git..@@Incomestreamsurfers
@@IncomestreamsurfersI also use Tailwind CSS with Laravel Mix in my workflow. Cursor is actually pretty good in writing Tailwind classes... currently trying to see if Figma can be integrated with Cursor.. would like to perhaps design the site in Figma and "feed" it to Cursor and see if it works. If not Figma, also been thinking about using Canva to design it. Even though, as you showed in your video, the AI actually does a pretty good job with the front-end styling (unless you included this in your 21 page prompt?), I just want more control..

This is how I use claude, you can even tell it to create a script to execute everything for you, setup folder, dependencies, etc
Yeah I’m about to check this out myself when I’m back in Ireland today
Pretty cool stuff. Funny how you can do this just with Claude. Cool workflow!
Amazing!! great job. Thank you.
Im too excited to try 😃. Where can i get the doc prompt pls? I cant find it in video description. Thx Hamish

Can i get the prompt document?

Great stuff

This is so mad - Claude is the best in my opinion but it’s always changing 😅
Why was my last comment removed?
Sometimes with links etc they get removed automatically

Ah fair - i didn't delete the comment, what shared hosting would you recommend

I'd pay $20 for all this trouble.
You are copying code form Claude to what? I am a newbie and getting lost .
He's copying the code Claude generates into the Cursor editor.
He's copying it over to Visual Studio Code (VS Code)
first! 🙂
you're now my #1 SEO. Chris Palmer is still up there
