You should try hitting top speed going the other direction (downhill); gravity and declination will counter the other factors: Tire growth, weight transfer, and ground effect aero all contribute to the (standard dynamics of RWD) wheelie problem

Does it come with droop screws? If yes can you try dropping the front end way down?
