    I got a 2012 police charger that I’m looking at these for, looks sick man.

    So you can’t use your own aftermarket head light bulbs ?

      We just used the OEM ones, I imagine after market ones could work as well if they use the stock harness

    I’ve been looking at 2013-2014 chargers around my area and there’s a couple but I live in Minnesota so mostly looking for a AWD Trim.
    Have you guys had any problems with them? Keep uploading 👍

      My AWD has been perfect so far and has no problem in the snow, you can’t go wrong with one for sure!

      @@Roro-gz7vi 120k on my 13 r/t awd here, 93 custom tune & exhaust. Bought it at 35k. Alternator failed, warrantied. Trans leak @ transfer case, warrantied but starting to leak again. Hands free module just died(no bluetooth for audio/phone, no voice commands), repair attempt in progress. Some squeaks and rattles, right paddleshift sometimes fails to shift or downshifts in stead of upshifting, which is very bad. They do not have limited slip difs which makes me sad =\, but other than that mine has been very reliable and fun. I got some smaller diameter tires for more acceleration because the gears are very long. With the smaller tires, exhaust and tune I run 0-60 in 4.9s, quarter mile in 12.9s.
      EDIT: By the way, I'm from Michigan and it handles the snow great here.

    I've got a 2014 AWD RT as well and mine came with the Halogen lights. Could I install the LEDs as simply as you guys did?

      Yeah it should be fine, I think there is an option when you order them to choose halogens.

    I got these for my 2011 and they look good. Draw back is auto driving lite does not function so I’ll have to figure out how to bypass that. Did you have to adjust the headlight height or did you leave them as is.

    Did you buy a wiring harness for it? or was it just plug in & play

    • @apprenticeautomotive
      @apprenticeautomotive  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      This was plug and play since it used the same factory bulbs. Some models have halogens from factory so I believe those might need a ballast but I’m not 100% on that.

    Could you turn off the yellow bulb while riding and only have it on when you put on the turn signal ?

    So I bought these for my sister for Christmas, her car has halogens stock but the lights have the huge hole in the side where the hid plate would go, what do you recommend doing

    • @apprenticeautomotive

      I would call or Email the company and see what they recommend, there might be a different variation that will work.
