I loved the big kitchen & bath & the garage door & glass that opens the space. Anyhoo...thanks for the video! And the tunic!

Not really a fan on the centre part of the tiny house. It looks too open and feels like it lacks privacy. Plus, I'd rather have a small lounge area inbetween in all. However, I love the the kitchen &a Bathroom!
I also really like the kitchen and bath, but the center area just doesn't work for me. I'd rather have a comfy place to lounge. I don't think I would ever have eight people over in that small of a space.

I love this tiny house. The only thing that's stopping me from getting one is the loft bed. I want something that I will be able to enjoy even when I'm elderly and I won't be able to do that if I have to climb a ladder or very steep stairs.
There are LOTS and LOTS of tiny houses out there without a loft bed and the sleeping quarters downstairs. If you decide to have a tiny house builder build you a new one, you can simply tell them your requirements and they will build it for you.
Start looking at campers.. They are designed to be lightweight and energy efficient.. and most don't have stairs.. They may not be as cute, but they are energy misers..
If this man came with the house, I would consider it but I have a few concerns with the design of a few things. There is no room for a cozy couch or seating because of the roll out table. There is no head room to sit in that bed. To access the storage under the table requires a lot of lifting (2 men big) - a tiny home is my retirement plan. What I really like are the drop down, hidden kitchen cabinets, the large windows for natural light (though it would be nice to have natural light throughout), the full size space for a bath, the drop down deck (again, is this easy enough for an old single person to manage?) and the secure cabinets.
Ditto; as i am disabled & most Everyone i have met has bad spine when they retire or travel & most could not use this fun young home. also not off grid at all with heater/cooler & oven & dishwasher & wash/dryer & lighting & more. if using power = then maybe hydraulic for porch & seating?
I agree, too much glass, interferes with space for cozy seating, the cozy seating could also be used for sleeping when company comes. I love sleeping on a sofa, do it all the time. Depends on where you live, there could be a canopy attached porch, space for outdoor eating.
you can make things happen Carmen....I definitely love this lay out with few modifications....you can certainly design/fabricate something to fold a couch out..takes a little imagination..but I do like his hideaway table and bench under the kitchen...lot's of ideas! :)
So I was thinking earlier today about this video like "huh I vaguely remember watching a tiny house video with an man in a dress at like 4am" and here it is, the man in the dress again :)
Not a dress...it's a kurtha or kamese...but in all fairness it looks like a woman's version. I can just see him standing in the Indian store and the woman is like "no no it's a very popular design in India, all the famous, hot male actors are wearing it!" And reality is no one wanted to buy it. Does NOT look good. Too bad, he's actually pretty attractive. This is a definite fail.
India? Now I get it. I thought he was a surfer guy from the late 60's-70's. Some used to dress like that. He must be a surfer from the Hare Krishna era who looks younger than he is.
Ok..so I'm gonna get some hate...but unless your are dark skinned, from the Middle East.. or even have an exotic look. If you don't meet these qualifications, please step away from the kurtha.
This house is gorgeous! I'm wondering about the weight though? granite counter tops. and doesn't tile break after being moved too much? I like the finishes but it's impractical for me with two kids and a spouse.
ice, but a table for 8?? LOL So, if 8 people are gonna go to someone's house, it's gonna be the guy with the 30 square foot house?? I understand if it's a specific customer request, but why a selling point for "small living" is bragging about seating for 8 doesn't make sense. I'd also say make the trip up to the bed a more permanent one.
I like to think small living means you live with less stuff, that does not mean you have to give up luxuries like having friends or family over dinner. Even in the video he says the selling point is build small and live large.
So tell me, where do the 7 people that you invited over hang out why the cooking is going on?? LOL Look at 7:17, when the table is set up. WHERE DO YOU PUT THE PEOPLE?? Sure, they could hang out on that cool deck.......if it's not raining. :) I love the small house idea. I love how this small home has a proper tub, not some cramped RV style stand up shower. But I will say, if you are the type of person that likes to throw parties, and have several people over, I wouldn't recommend having a tiny house. Not really fair to your guests.
well I live in a small place already, and we usually set up big tents for entertainment, and guests so they can lounge around, and let people have the choice of an outside barbecue, or eat around the dinner table.
I love the house but if it were me, I'd make the garage door into a wall and allow there to be stairs into the loft and have storage in the stairs. As well as a fold out couch perhaps
David please add some form of comfy living space to this design. I loved everything about it except for a comfy seating where myself and hubby could sit at the end of the day and read.
I was noticing that myself and started working with the design to see if myself and my fiance could get what we're looking for - a first level bed, since he's less mobile, and also a decently comfy living room with an office setup. We managed to do that by replacing the one bench and table drawer with a roll out queen size bed that could possibly have a table on top (a bit smaller than the one shown), and removing the loft to give some depth under the bathroom for a rolling sofa. Cushions could be stored within the box, and we were able to get an 'L' shape. The only trick is an office space, since he's massively into pc games and I need a space to do paperwork, all on the first floor.
+MsJokyo .........I have to agree. The right side window, not the garage door one could be cut down to solid wall space. Living in the Deep South too many windows means a hot house. The pull out table would be the bed. The benches stay for storage. The loft could mean storage space for us. Like the overall design although the marble and tile would go for a flatter lighter surface. The tub! Keeper. Great design just a few tweeks.
Yea yea the table threw me for a loop.. I was saying awww come on.. But then once he showed all options.. I like it.. This is the smallest i seen.. But the most functional..
Helenna Kohl And he will tell you at 3 a.m. he hasn't been into girls since 6th grade...and that you have to leave his "Hut" BUT...if Your Dude your in the LOFT....it has good lighting...lol
where I live you can't touch 1000 square feet for less than 350k ...you can get a condo for maybe 265k in a crapy neighborhood with high HOA. A beautifully built tiny house for under 100k would be a great option in an area like ours, where people still want something well made that they can call theirs. not all people who seek tiny homes are intending to live off the grid.
People are "getting on the bandwagon".. They are getting tiny houses because it is fashionable.. This whole house is cute, but it can't be energy efficient. ELECTRIC STOVETOP?!? Better to buy a 40 ft 5th wheel camper.. They are more efficient and cheaper..
That was my very first thought, when I saw him... he's wearing a woman's dress, even with breast accentuation! But hey well... if it makes him happy, why not!
Very nice. I'm sure it would be great for the younger generation. For us older folks, most of us can't be climbing up ladders to crawl into bed. And it's no fun having to make the bed on your knees. : ) I really like how they have the glass doors on each side! I don't like that there is no chair and/or couch to sit on, but do like all the storage room. I'd probably use the big boxes for stuff I wouldn't need every day. I guess the big table could work for those who like to have a lot of guests. Too big for me. Any kind of loft I get would have to be built in such a way that I could stand up in it, or at least on one side of it.Love the large bathroom and the tub! Thanks for showing some great ideas.
that was my complaint as well. I would rather have a big window on one side, not the floor to cealing one, and then put a couch on that side underneath it. 😉
James Anthony Not sure who you meant that comment for. I live in a 26' travel trailer and will have it remodeled a little at a time because I like the size and don't plan on ever living in a regular house after this. I also like having a slide-out, as it gives me a little more width and room for the grandkids to visit.
I'm a granny, although I do pretty well, no ladder climbing for me. Also there is limited seating. You would either have 8 people at your dining table or sharing the loft! :)
While I can and do appreciate great builds, my issue with the so-called top of the line tiny houses is that this is now driving up the costs of tiny homes. Instead of being affordable primary homes, they are becoming second homes, vacation homes, etc. for people like me who slave over professional jobs and earn six digit and more incomes. As soon as something becomes hip and in high demand, this drives the cost up. Anyone can build a highly efficient and sexy tiny house if they have deep pockets. Frankly, I am more impressed with tiny houses that are built by people with fixed or limited incomes, who are not slaves to the system, and who, well, tiny homes are not so picture perfect. You know, flawed beauty.
I agree!! I have seen videos of people doing it under 10k and such but that takes a lot of time, effort, patient and skill. For someone doing 8-5 job and studying that's too much! I wish there were companies that did these under $40-$50k
Sad but true. You just burst my bubble a bit. But I'm still looking. I found the Upper Valley Tiny Homes Co. more in line with reasonable pricing. The owner seems to value the homes affordability and functionality above fancy schmancy gimmicks.
As long as there is a demand for low cost options, it will be available, and even if that slipped a bit... you always have the option of building it yourself which tends to be the true fixed/limited income avenue, and high end tiny homes doesn't affect the material cost so doesn't affect the overall cost of building it yourself. And, for some people. $95,000 for tiny high end brand new living is better than a $115,000 for small lower quality older housing.
You can build your own; you'll learn a lot and end-up with your custom bespoke tiny in which you can wear your very own Kameez or Tunic, or nothing at all ;)
1. Where's the couch? 2. Where do you put your clothes? 3. You wouldnt need to worry about your 'shirt' catching on the kitchen cabinet knobs if your shirt wasn't actually a dress
He said there was a closet in the bathroom not to mention the space you have under the benches and table and I'm guessing there is no couch, the benches act as seating.
95 000 USD minimum. If you want economic living options, you should look elsewhere. These guys' point is to make a top of the line living in small spaces. You can probably build a regular house five times bigger with half the cost.
I thought I was going to see the tiny house on the thumbnail, which I didnt . The table is to big for the space and there is no place to sit comfortably such as a den space. The slide out benches are not comfortable. The table takes to people to sit up. Not really smart for one person.
Pretty sure you could just put your own bean bags or chairs in that living room, and then put them in the storage benches or move them out of the way when you want to use the dining table.
Now THIS is the tiny house for me!! I love to cook and I love to feed people! Perfect for me. I am older than dirt so I would have to come up with an idea to keep me off ladders. I was wondering if maybe a "pull down bed" from the ceiling....maybe something that swings over and down? I can picture it in my head. I have a good mind to see all my stuff and downsize. wish I would find a nice tiny house commune in the US!
Unfortunately the house does not have it all. There is truly not one soft place to sit upright in the whole house (the bedroom loft doesn't count b/c you don't have full head height). Although there were some unique ideas with the garage door, built in deck, and nice kitchen, the dining table was too large and you really wouldn't have leg room because the benches were so large. The person who designed and built this was definitely concerned with the kitchen and bathroom, but the actual living spaces were lacking. I don't know of any adult that wants to come home from a long day of work or play and not have a comfortable sofa or chair to sit in, and one of the two should be able to be incorporated into the tiny home (you have the space). I'm not trying to bash the design though. The finishes were fabulous, but I personally would forego the Jacuzzi tub for a design that didn't require me to move the latter and gave me a sofa.
I agree. The kitchen is way too big, and there's no living room. Although it is very clever design to hide such a large table under the kitchen, all the time I was thinking "where's the living / lounge space?"
I agree, the table is to big. I was thinking that it must be awkward serving a table at floor height. and there is no way to comfortably walk down from the kitchen area to the table. you would have to step over your food.
after he pulls the table out, when they go into "stop motion animation mode" , you can see the table has legs that fold out, which raise it, so you can sit 4 on each of the slide out benches.
A group of people sitting at that table would be ridiculously cramped! No room to move around, and getting in & out of those benches would be a pain. Also, having to pull that ladder in & out, as well as the table & bench would be a pain. And there is no casual sitting space, nor a desk or office area.
dont think this is meant for a family, more of a single person. And you need to understand that you arent trying to have a lot of space and have completely everything that a normal house would have as that would make everything just too cramped
Shimone ParkerLatte ... Yep, precisely why I prefer a wall-mounted collapsible table that dines for 2 only, or a bar-style table that doubles as both a dining table and home office. And I prefer a couch and home office space, over a garage door. I also find having a fixed stairwell to offer greater storage space, while removing the need to pull a ladder in & out everyday. I did however like how most of the kitchen was done, including the drawer-dishwasher, the induction stovetop, the small convection-toaster-oven, etc. The master loft was a bit cramped for my taste, but it looks like he prefers a more spacious downstairs area instead. The bathroom seemed to waste a lot of space, as the most efficient design, is to make the bathroom one large shower stall, where the toilet doubles as a seat or bench for the shower, and is located next to the kitchen, so you can have all your plumbing on a single wall. Also that way you don't need a sink in the bathroom, as you already have a sink in the kitchen, and then the washer/dryer combo can go in the kitchen under the countertop (like they do in Europe), and you can then have more cabinetry above the counter. Overall there was some very nice designs & features, but this Tiny Home seemed to be more towards entertaining guests and having a very open-feeling, versus practical daily living in it, which seems to exclude privacy, a home office space, as well as more practical or convenient solutions to storage needs.
I think that such a large table is not practical for every day life. You have to fold it every time you finish eating, because otherwise there would not be enough space for walking. Personally, I would prefer a smaller dining table that could be in its place all the time and I would still have enough space for walking etc. I do not think there are many people who would invite 8 people for dinner every day... If you live in a tiny house, there are maximally 2 of you... And if you do have a party for 8 people, how often can that be? Is it worth having such a large table?
I'm sure for daily use, one just pulls those benches out enough for what is needed, and likely uses a minimal fold up table for eating or quick web surfing. I think that huge flat table being stored away efficiently would be really great to have for times when working on a bigger project, but yes also to keep one from ever feeling limited socially. Both windows open on a gorgeous spring day with family or friends over, EVEN WHEN LIVING TINY, sounds like a perfect Sunday brunch. I'm always searching for designs that are clean, practical, efficient, but pretty, and this place is just too gorgeous to enjoy alone. I'm personally not one to have guests over, but I wouldn't mind putting that table to use when the occasion called for it. I was slightly disappointed that we didn't get to see what was the daily use option for meals or studying.
It's design is more applicable to very hot regions, where conceivably you'd sit more outside on the deck even late into the evening. It's not suited to say cooler regions, even the rolling garage door has massive issues with insulation and air gaps. But, as a portable summer holiday place to entertain and sleep its ideal.
I was actually wondering if they thought you would get cushions for those hard looking benches and then when the benches are rolled in one is meant to stack the cushions on the floor. I was just looking at back-to-school displays on the store, so that is the first thing that popped in my head-kind of collegiate living style, so to speak! Wouldn't be too bad if there were a carpet over the hard wood floor-but I prefer some kind of sofa to floor/bench cushions.
I have often wondered why I never see those lightweight beanbag chairs in these houses. I would think they would be perfect. Light, shape them to fit in storage and you can stack them for higher seating for older or disabled people.
I've watched a lot of tiny home tours loved ths one so much I watched it twice. Great design features I haven't seen before: from as small as receeding drawer pulls to cupboards, ladders and tables that hide when not in use. Love it.
Victoria Anda no but on the rest of the windows for when you are changing or doing other private activities and such. It looks like you could put windows over the garage door as long as the can either be removed or put aside.
Right now....I'm just glad that I'm not the only person that thought this dude was smoking hot. Having said that, this was, hands down, the best tiny house I have ever seen. Don't know own that the tiny house movement is for me, but this was a great unit.
Apart from those wooden "dining benches" there's no where else to sit... Except the bed I suppose, but there's not much headroom/floor space for you to feel really comfortable spending a lot of time up there. Those wooden benches would be awesome if instead of the hinged "lid" you had done a box-style lot. Like you could pick it up and move it out. But on the inside of the lid you could have padded them with some kind of foam, so you could flip them over and then use the padded side as the actual seat!! But you could flip it over so the wood's on top to store it away so the padded seat doesn't get dirty!! I seen it on another tiny house build and it looks a lot better (more cosier) than a hard wooden bench!
There are some interesting design features here, but the only cozy thing about the house is the bed. Where are you going to sit at the end of the day to have a beer and watch a show? What about having a friend over for coffee? Please, sit very erect and uncomfortably on this unpadded bench.
Exactly. This place has lovely finishes but is terrible from a space planning perspective. If you are using the table no place for a sofa and relaxing. If you are using the table the stairs are gone so you have to jump into the kitchen if you forget something like salt or ketchup. You cant even sit up in the loft. All storage is folded clothes storage. This is unliveable and could have been avoided if someone lived in a mock up first.
I believe it is meant to cater to people who want to live a more simplistic life. Everyone has a different comfort zone and social circle. Besides you can store cushions and pad the benches or you can opt out of using that specific table and store one that is more practical for you. There are so many different possibilities. Like the bed area; you don't have to have the same size bed up there. You can opt for a smaller one and use the extra space for some other idea.
Was wondering if other people were noticing that. The center area is not very functional. How many times are you going to need a table for 8? I'd rather have a comfortable seating area where I can use both the indoors and outdoor deck, a simple pop-up table for two (and maybe expandable if needed) and then a workspace area. The place seems more ideal for 2 people so why not adjust it for the needs of two instead of for a dinner party of 8 and an extra king-size bed?
A simplistic life where you still need a dishwasher? Gimme a break.. This is eye candy crap.. Standard tiny house nonsense where the kitchen and bath use standard house fittings/apliances and occupy the majority of the space - NOT good compact living design..
Also, how do you fit your legs under that table? It looks the same height as the benches, and the sides are square (because it's used for storage), so where do your legs go? Can you pull the benches back further? Very confused.
Who is this.... Thor? I thought he was going to say "Because it's so hot I'm going to take off my dress." Swole dude in a dress. yass Drawback is the bed - no head space to sit up and read or do other things...😒
"I would like drop down cabinets so things can fall out on me when i drop them down. Say they are for things i would use often like spices. And then put them really high up so even a fully grown man would have difficulty getting to them." Said no person ever.
This has always been one of my faves. He has one of the most popular tiny houses back n the day when everyone was building basic tiny boxes. Still love it & would have bought it had i known it was up for sale. ❤️
A lovely tiny house, among the best I've seen. Personally, I would prefer less space taken up by the kitchen, (why would anyone interested in living in a tiny house want--or need--a dishwasher?), and a bit of a living/work space, with fold-up or fold-down deskspace--added to the saved space.
The drawer dishwasher here only uses 2 gallons to run, which if you're off grid with your water, its more efficient to do a load in the dishwasher than to hand wash. It also frees up counter space because you don't need a dish drying rack. Just a thought :)
i love this one! my only minor change would be the grout color with the subway tiles..I would have done white personally, but other than that great design!
It is the best I saw so far as well. It is also the best starting point for my own design. I saw this design before from a french guy though. ALmost the same, beside this french guy had his bed rolling out from under the kitchen. That video was even better.
Love tiny homes...makes sense. In 24 hrs, if 10 - 14 hours is spent on travel & work, 8 hours sleep and the rest eating, reading, errands tv etc. don't owe mortgage or have debts, live free and save to travel and live life! Happy 2017!!!!
With all the light that enters the home, I am glad he wore jeans because I could see right through his top. This gives a whole new meaning to “dress shirt”.
I found a couple plush fold-up chairs that would be good for a space like this. The options are out there, though I'd likely be living in that tub anyhow.
That has got to be the finest tiny House I have ever seen the construction looks like it made of the highest quality material and workmanship i would say the cost is on the high end of 70 plus if it's any less I would be surprised.
The reason the tiny house movement exists is due to a number of things, not just cost. The biggest thing is the materials being much higher quality and less toxic than an rv or motorhome, and you can make them to feel just like a house. In addition, if you aren't planning to move often, it ticks all the boxes and then some. How's about those full size tubs!
love the roll out side windows. And good idea putting the bathroom on the opposite side of the kitchen, a lot of people put them right next to eachother!
I just wanted to say thanks for the entertainment; I just read all the comments about what this builder was wearing....and had a few good chuckles. And the table takes up sooo much space! I guess this would be perfect for a tiny house owner who loves to entertain six to eight people all the time(?). I loved the big kitchen & bath & the garage door & glass that opens the space. Anyhoo...thanks for the video! And the tunic!

The window behind the toilet is a brilliant touch. Ensures everyone in the neighborhood won't miss you taking a shit.

I don't always store my cats and dogs in a box, but when I do, It's with garden tools.

Gives them a sense of nature

thank you, tiny houses are ridiculous.
Omg Thor giving a tiny house tour? My life is complete.

Lmfao
love these knobs too. great to lock while traveling
Daniel Laurentiu omg 🤣🤣🤣
Not really a fan on the centre part of the tiny house. It looks too open and feels like it lacks privacy. Plus, I'd rather have a small lounge area inbetween in all. However, I love the the kitchen &a Bathroom!
Grace Hume you could put blinds on?
Grace Hume so a box
No looks like it lacks security...too many windows...it's nice I just wouldn't feel safe like that...maybe cause I'm a woman
I also really like the kitchen and bath, but the center area just doesn't work for me. I'd rather have a comfy place to lounge. I don't think I would ever have eight people over in that small of a space.
I love how the powers that be have convinced people to live in trailers for more money because the use of the politically correct term of tiny home. lol
Does the man dress come in large? Fabulous color too
Mike Hoont lol lol😆😆
Mike Hoont reminds me of the Seinfeld episode with the puffy shirt. Maybe this is something a friend made for him.
Mike Hoont honestly I think he looked really good in that!
Notice the illuminati symbol he gives at the end with his hands. And wearing a dress to demasculate himself. Definately is under someone's control.

:)
in fact a hideaway couch instead of dining bench both sides? :)
Talking about an alpha place wearing a brown tunique-dress....with no couch or so...
I'm blessed...i've seen it all now
So I was thinking earlier today about this video like "huh I vaguely remember watching a tiny house video with an man in a dress at like 4am" and here it is, the man in the dress again :)
Kati Nicole hahaha
Dude! Give ur woman back her dress!
I admire a guy who will wear something completely unconventional, and just completely OWN it.
The tiny house was nice, too.
Sandra Noneofyourbusiness 😂 yeah ok .. he looks gay
I agree he seemed confident...And not gay..I like it
thats how all masculinity goes out the window . Soon women will complain about what's with this pussies that dont use tampons .
It's not a dress. It's a 'kurta'. Super popular in India many other countries including some countries in South East Asia like Malaysia
Actually, it's not unconventional in most of the world. But yeah, I like it on him, and yes, he does own it.
This house is gorgeous! I'm wondering about the weight though? granite counter tops. and doesn't tile break after being moved too much? I like the finishes but it's impractical for me with two kids and a spouse.
This one is made to be moved only from time to time, not to hit the road with.
ice, but a table for 8??
I love the small house idea.
That is by far THE coolest tiny house I've ever seen! It's versatile and gorgeous!
David please add some form of comfy living space to this design. I loved everything about it except for a comfy seating where myself and hubby could sit at the end of the day and read.
outside lawn chairs & netting?
You could pull out one of the benches and pull some pillows out, and blankets, or just go up to the loft
He made the house for himself. When you build a house you don't build it to suit other people, you do it to your specifications.
Such a gorgeous dress and with barely enough space to hang it too!
Cuthulu Cups its not a dress
it's called a kurta not a fricken dress
I noticed there was no closet space.
+grlnexdoorable you noticed wrong
So nice of this Druid to show us his living space. I'm guessing he's resto.
🤣
This has nothing to do with this video: I'm really feelin this guy's aesthetic. 👍
.... and the tiny house is nice as well...
+TheDtfamu89 ...and that dang tub?!!!!! What?
I know right? Awesome looking tiny house, awesome looking dude.
Plus the bathroom is not right by the kitchen. That's the absolute best. Janice
He's seriously got that ripped viking thing going. I'm okay with this.
Tiny house, big shirt
Shirt or Skirt? Pocahontas style =)
That's a dress. The embroidery is the key. And the 'Prince Valiant' cut from the '60's? I'm so confused!
It's probably a tunic, actually.
It's a girls dress. His arms are too big for the sleeves. Looks silly🤓
His dress is too tight
That house makes his shirt look big.

I didn't WANT to laugh...but thats funny.

Haha, at first i'm like "...but how do you sit at the table like that?!" and then he flipped it after xD
Such a cute house though - I want one!
I was thinking the same exact thing 😂
Yea yea the table threw me for a loop.. I was saying awww come on.. But then once he showed all options.. I like it.. This is the smallest i seen.. But the most functional..
I think they over thought this whole alpha home
Whoever the designed this tiny house is a freaking genius! This is fantastic
I'll buy it if it comes with the guy in the dress.

Helenna Kohl - Hahahahaa!! I missed 95% of what "he" was saying because of the dress and leggings!
Helenna Kohl the guy is complimentary with the house, bohemian dress - extra. It's where "they get ya"
$95,000.00? That price almost defeats the whole purpose of down-sizing, minimizing and going off the grid.
not of grid with heater/cooler & stove & lights and and and.
= just tiny space - not off grid.
that is a lot of $$$$$$.
where I live you can't touch 1000 square feet for less than 350k ...you can get a condo for maybe 265k in a crapy neighborhood with high HOA. A beautifully built tiny house for under 100k would be a great option in an area like ours, where people still want something well made that they can call theirs. not all people who seek tiny homes are intending to live off the grid.
Sacred Thyme True dat!
+vegan wildfire But, there aren't any places to park that tiny home in the "nicer" neighborhoods. Where would tiny home owners park those??
Pocahontas: “John are you where in my dresses again?”
John Smith: “I’m just gonna show this tiny house real quick.”
Haha that is priceless!
That was my very first thought, when I saw him... he's wearing a woman's dress, even with breast accentuation! But hey well... if it makes him happy, why not!
🥳😂😂😂😂
😂😂😂
"This ladder stows away in this bitch"... seriously thought he said that lol.
JERCHROME "bench"
JERCHROME lol
JERCHROME didn't he say stores?
i think that's an actual illness ^^
+spirals 73 I'd figure a way to have folding walls come up to enclose that porch. Then I'd have the room for seating.
A Tiny House is probably not a good option for you!
I love his outfit. He's like a real life woodland elf

I initially thought he likes to Cross dress. lol yuck
GotDRAMAbringit , me too, maybe he's a Klingon
I'm still not entirely sure it's not a dress...
He's wearing an Indian / Eastern shirt. But who cares what he's wearing! Cool house.
I think this is one of the best finished and thought out homes I've seen. AND I've looked at a lot.
Maybe I can show you others because this one makes no sense
I agree, Anastasia! This is crazy.
Oh, I forgot to look at the house, couldn't stop looking at his dress. I'll have a look now. Thanks!
yesiownfrodo agreed
You can build your own; you'll learn a lot and end-up with your custom bespoke tiny in which you can wear your very own Kameez or Tunic, or nothing at all ;)
Ross R :) I like the tunic idea. Dont know what a Kameez is. I'm not interested in building one tho'. Nope. Let them do it. I don't mind!
This dude is awesome.... I'm down to buy anything as long as when I get in it I have my own Camelot dress
RedBull1435 its not a dress
staap
ded no no I just can't...
LOLOLOL!!!
All dresses aside though he did a great job on the house.
I'm just not a fan of climbing down a ladder to go pee in the middle of the night.
Needs a slide. That'd be so much fun.
that's a kurta, not a dress.
Especially if one suffers from overactive bladder or just had sex.
Points well made bro
😂
Wow the gentleman is handsome!!!!!!! My heart skipped a beat 💖. Second the house 🏡 is still my favourite tiny house I've seen. Love from Canada 🇨🇦
My absolute favorite out of all.
How much would this cost ???
95 000 USD minimum. If you want economic living options, you should look
elsewhere. These guys' point is to make a top of the line living in
small spaces.
You can probably build a regular house five times bigger with half the cost.
G L too much....the piont of tiny house is cant afford big house. The US has been destroyed.
When he said plenty of space for both of us I was like I wish that was me lol
I thought I was going to see the tiny house on the thumbnail, which I didnt . The table is to big for the space and there is no place to sit comfortably such as a den space. The slide out benches are not comfortable. The table takes to people to sit up. Not really smart for one person.
I'm not sure what you mean? The thumbnail is the house featured in the video.
I should have paid more attention. So sorry...
Pam Semones
Pretty sure you could just put your own bean bags or chairs in that living room, and then put them in the storage benches or move them out of the way when you want to use the dining table.

The tiny house beautiful and the guy soo handsome. Perfect!!!
Amazing home ! I also like the guy's style !
Fantastic kitchen and bathroom. This is the first tiny house I've ever seen that doesn't make you feel claustrophobic. I like it!
Nice vid nice house nice dress
Tunic. It's an Indian-style tunic.
it's cool looking
+3MM4 P33L the sweaty dress is distracting, but he's workin the hair.
whahaaa
It's called a kurta, but... I'm like 99% certain that's a women's kurta
Trina Thompson hey! you can actually just pull out 1 bebch from the dining area, and there you go, a comfortable sitting area :)
I agree. The kitchen is way too big, and there's no living room. Although it is very clever design to hide such a large table under the kitchen, all the time I was thinking "where's the living / lounge space?"
i agree but u could probably buy one of those foldable soft ikea couches
I agree, the table is to big. I was thinking that it must be awkward serving a table at floor height. and there is no way to comfortably walk down from the kitchen area to the table. you would have to step over your food.
Trina Thompson
...I can't even have sex properly on that bed... 😂😂😂
Wow that's the garage door, this tiny house is sooooooo cool, I love it. Its beautifully decorated. This is AWSOME, I'm blown away.😁😁😁😁
Question where do the feet go when you are eating?
after he pulls the table out, when they go into "stop motion animation mode" , you can see the table has legs that fold out, which raise it, so you can sit 4 on each of the slide out benches.
+Eric McQuisten I'll have to agree with that, more for entertaining guests
I'm pretty sure my wife has that exact same dress. I personally like the way she fills it out better though.
😂😂😂😂
where do you keep your clothes?
he only has 1 dress

Wow, your shoes go great with that dress.
Black Plague His skinny jeans make it quite the ensemble...don't you think? ...again...not laughing. :/
very smart but no comfortable seating
Right. I would put it on the side. Maybe there's some way to change those roll-out side storage drawers into roll out seating.
Wouldn't be too bad if there were a carpet over the hard wood floor-but I prefer some kind of sofa to floor/bench cushions.
or bean bags and a hammock installation.
I have often wondered why I never see those lightweight beanbag chairs in these houses. I would think they would be perfect. Light, shape them to fit in storage and you can stack them for higher seating for older or disabled people.
This is really pretty and perfect tiny bit house 🏡 so cute.
This is the best tiny house design i have ever seen. Absolutely incredible.
I know what you're all thinking about that dress to skinny jeans combo. Alpha as fuck brah!
haha #OnFleek
The matching purse must be in one of those drawers.
So funny.
In another video, he sports the man bun. :) He is a hipster. :) Glad he in comfortable enough with his manhood that he can wear unisex clothing.
It dresses like a girl, the dress is too tight, and it needs to wash its hair
Why's no one talking about the fact that there's a window right behind the toilet? Do you really want people seeing you pull your pants down? 😂
Oh how cute, 6:40 we really love the idea of sharing a meal with friends right next to a composting toilet full of decomposing fecal matter!!
there is a door.
it comes off the hinges I trust..
Those toilets don't smell which is why Tiny houses are hugely popular.
Holden Craig ...haaaaaaha😂
I've watched a lot of tiny home tours loved ths one so much I watched it twice. Great design features I haven't seen before: from as small as receeding drawer pulls to cupboards, ladders and tables that hide when not in use. Love it.
Dress or no dress that gentleman is gorgeous... plus he can build things so now is my new crush :)
if the table and seats are the same height, how do you eat?
They aren't. You'l see as the video progresses. The table has legs under it and he shows it in that configuration.
It takes 2 to set up the table.
If you need such a big table is because you have guests. They can easily help.
You aren't hipster until you are iron age tunic, modern gypsy van, leggings and ostrich boot hipster

Definitely a good tiny house to pass down between generations because it has low bending utilities and storage for youth. I love it! Keep it up!💜

Nothing to chuckle about.. it's a lovely skirt, actually.

Sure Gods, I'm guess you are about my age, 71. Quite fashionable then with surfers.
Do they make it for men though?
I was scared to see cringy comments about his 'dress' until I read them and realized they were pretty hilarious and laid back.
His tunic is EVERYTHING! This man is living in 2057 while we living in 2017.
This is the best tiny house I have seen. Love it! The windows are amazing.
I feel like it is not private enough, you could see people anywhere because of the windows.
Claire you would want to personalize it a bit after buying, and that includes getting curtains lol
I don't think you can get a curtain on the garage door.
Victoria Anda no but on the rest of the windows for when you are changing or doing other private activities and such. It looks like you could put windows over the garage door as long as the can either be removed or put aside.
Claire The porch can cover the garage door and you can get curtains.
No closet??? looks like he's wearing his closet. And tent. And curtains. And bedding. All in one! The most creative part about the tiny house!
Closet is near bathroom
Right now....I'm just glad that I'm not the only person that thought this dude was smoking hot. Having said that, this was, hands down, the best tiny house I have ever seen. Don't know own that the tiny house movement is for me, but this was a great unit.
That’s actually the best design of a tiny home I have seen.
Sorry for the essay about it lol. But thought it would make a difference to this home!!
Well, I do like that the bathroom is away from the kitchen. Most of these tiny homes have the bath just by the kitchen.
Beautiful
him or the tiny House ?
Both of them...
kkkkkkkkkk Adriana.
I'm speechless David that's excellent. Wow, Wow, Wow. From Australia
When he pulls the table out and benches you don't have any leg room👀👀👀
Did you miss the part where the table top detached from the rolling part and turns into a table...? 🙄🙄🙄
Thor? I thought he was going to say "Because it's so hot I'm going to take off my dress." Swole dude in a dress. yass
Drawback is the bed - no head space to sit up and read or do other things...😒
Betty Boop missionary is pretty standard in a tiny home.... or sideways bob.... that’s nice too
Just have to park the house were you can use the porch and the stairs for more things
Not a dress. It's called a kurta out here in India.

yes. indeed he did. apparently pets dig outriggers.
I heard that too but was distracted by his outfit
@@alishaprice2851 same here 🤣 lol
😂😂
I'm too distracted with those comments and the dress to pay attention to the video 😂
Me too
"I would like drop down cabinets so things can fall out on me when i drop them down.
I agree, I personally would have a small fridge and less cooking hobs as well
I defo need a dishwasher in my tiny house. I got things to do!
+welljustwatchme me too
The drawer dishwasher here only uses 2 gallons to run, which if you're off grid with your water, its more efficient to do a load in the dishwasher than to hand wash. It also frees up counter space because you don't need a dish drying rack. Just a thought :)
it says it has everything, right?
but what the heck happened to my living room??
Exactly
I love the design
The peeking and smile at 3:50 is so cute. He looks fun to be with!
i love this one! my only minor change would be the grout color with the subway tiles..I would have done white personally, but other than that great design!
I am in love with David Latimer and his tiny home!!
🤣😂
i love it! where can i park?
tinyhouseparking.com
geniecats lol lol😆😆
By far his has been the best tiny house I have seen so far, full size everything ❤️❤️❤️💯👍🏼👏🏼
It is the best I saw so far as well. It is also the best starting point for my own design. I saw this design before from a french guy though. ALmost the same, beside this french guy had his bed rolling out from under the kitchen. That video was even better.
I know this is silly and trivial, but why is he wearing a Chico's maternity top?
eequalsmcdonald I’m crying laughing so hard. Excellent
One of the best comments!!!! But I think it would look better with bell bottoms 😂😂😂
@@tanyaleynov5413 And a beaded headband.
Something about societal gender norms
The 95K price tag does not seem practical. Might as well go with a home and land at that point. The only advantage is mobility.
it's for tooling around middle earth. one tiny home to rule them all.
This gives a whole new meaning to “dress shirt”.
on a serious note maybe he is a knight for medieval times. #itspossible
lmao yes
Lol...
John Wayne lmao
it needs a comfy chair or two to sit in - other than that it is amazing
oh you are right...but where would they put it
I found a couple plush fold-up chairs that would be good for a space like this. The options are out there, though I'd likely be living in that tub anyhow.
That has got to be the finest tiny House I have ever seen the construction looks like it made of the highest quality material and workmanship i would say the cost is on the high end of 70 plus if it's any less I would be surprised.
with the price u can buy a motorhome uuu can travel then or a RV just saying instead of buy hotel rooms that adds up
+Kris Pender RV. Blecch
Nice house..Epic dress.
