Hey anyone can learn new ways. Most i know have never tried the various ways i made them.
1. Pan fried. Like cooked maggie dry cooked like a roti on a bit of butter on pan, both sides. It makes it crunchy and gives enhanced taste.
2. Fry finely carrots, onions, green beans, green chillies with butter. Add salt and 1 magic masala. Cook maggie normally in another psn with only 120 ml water. Add the veggies when they're brown on the cooked maggie. It tastes heavenly.
3. Make maggie with veggies and dry out the water. Roll them up into balls with gloved hands. Besan water cover and roll it on uncooked smashed maggie. Fry in oil.
Point is there are bazilion ways to make it but not everyone knows the recipies

Instead of oil use butter...it will taste so yummy....

Butter has a low smoking point hence it burns And turns bitter so saute in flavoured oil and then add butter while adding Maggie, directly on heat is Not good in taste. You can try this way I promise it will taste even better.

Garlic Lemon Coriander Maggi
Servings - 2
INGREDIENTS
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Garlic - 1 2 tablespoons
Green chili - 2 tablespoons
Maggi masala - 2 tablespoons
Boiled maggi noodles - 330 grams
Coriander - 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
PREPARATION
1. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, add 2 tablespoon garlic, 2 tablespoon green chili and stir well.
2. Add 2 tablespoons maggi masala and stir well.
3. Add 330 grams boiled maggi noodles, 2 tablespoon coriander, 2 tablespoons lemon juice and cook for 1 minute. Remove it from heat.
4. Serve hot.

I think lemon juice should not heated cause it will change acid of lemon juice so better just remove it from stove and then pour the lemon juice and mix well.
