It's really cool to hear a stripped back performance like this. One of my favourite Manics gigs was them playing The Holy Bible in 2014. The whole album, start to finish, just James, Nicky and Sean. No offense to Wayne Murray and Nick Naysmith, but I loved hearing that raw 3-piece sound, and them still able to pull it off after all those years.
Brilliant
Excellent! Thanks for sharing.

I reckon if I turned up there'd be one more view coz I'd watch it
"..John Peel played it.." Surely he knows that is John Peels son he's talking to?
Didn’t realise that, he’s quite engaging
Of course he does
Excellent with real drums but I'd like to hear more of the bass track unless Nicky still can't play it?! 🤣
Not the greatest recording, but nice to hear them playing as a three-piece, like the old days (or 3 piece + keys/tracks).

Sure but I'd give a hell of a lot to hear them once again as a four-piece like the old days (or 4 piece + keys) 😂
