    Yeasterday I've finished doing biennenstich by your recipe. In my humble opinion:
    -For me I want to feel honey in the dough
    - For my personal taste dough came out too dry, I would like to make syrup to soak it in.
    - The creme diplomat came out almost perfect, not too sweet as I like it, more on a 'healthy side'. Almost perfect because instead of cornstarch I've been using rice flour, so it gave me more ?lumps?, and also I overheated it a bit.
    Overall I want to thank you for u being here and sharing awesome recipes. Love ya!

    I love your channel and beautiful creations!
    One advice...put the damp tea towel under your bowl when you mix something, this way your bowl won’t spin around and it stays put (when you were tempering egg yolks).

      Bake-Street No no, it did not bother me at all, I just mentioned it because it is so much easier this way, as sometimes you just cannot do two things at the same time, and this simple trick makes the whole difference in the world...you’ll see!
      I was wandering how did you come up with the idea to make “Rabska torta”? I’m from Slovenia which is Croatia’s neighbor country and when I was on beautiful island of Rab, I saw this beautiful cake in the shape of a snail. I know it’s not the cake in the sense how the cake is supposed to look like, but I fell in love with it since the day I saw it. I love everything about it, the shape, taste and those beautiful ruffles, it is just beautiful. And all of a sudden I saw the title when I got your notification...marvelous! You did a great job!

      Hello Tinka! No, don't worry! I wasn't talking about you, I was talking about me! It is true that this video shot is regular.... But I have taken good note of your advice and I have made it into a new video that I will leave with you after Easter.
      Regarding the Rabska Cake, the truth is that I found the recipe by chance.... I didn't know it. I really liked the way it looked and, when I did a little more research on it, its ingredients and process. It made me fall in love. That's why I had to make it as soon as possible!
      I'm so glad to know that you liked that publication! The truth is that it is very particular and its taste is wonderful.

I adore this cake from my childhood and I never knew the name till I did some investing on the internet using the name of the bakery my family use to take me to. This cake was one of my few best memories as a little girl. This video bring tears to my eyes.
