A few years back, I decided to make a change-I left behind everything that wasn't serving me. Got a new haircut, fixed my health, hit the gym consistently, paid off my debts, and even learned to scuba dive. It was the best decision I’ve ever made, and I did it just for me. No one asked, no one noticed, but it changed my life. Sometimes you have to prioritize yourself.
I think life is about growing. It gives you a constant purpose to live, and it justifies the "hard" life, as well as teaching you to ENJOY the struggle, not be negatively affected by it.
I cry every night bc I want to be sober and be who I know I can be. I just need to find the courage to do so. I have to. It’s been so long. I can’t live like this anymore. I want it so bad…but I guess I’m scared. I want to be strong.

Good Job 👏🏻 That’s not nothing man use that momentum. I don’t just hit the gym I work out 3-4 times a day cardio/weights mix. Half hr- 1 hr at a time. Strict diet same thing everyday. Am 4 eggs 1 protein shake. Afternoon another shake and a bowl of seasoned ground beef. Again and again.

It's sad and mentally exhausting at first, but while the said person is wasting his time doing unproductive things and letting me live in his head rent-free. I went silent and been grinding alone to pursue my dream. There's no greater time than now to 100% focus on myself and my goal and I've made tremendous progress thanks to it. Thanks for the extra motivation. It added more fuel into my engine.

A few years back, I decided to make a change-I left behind everything that wasn't serving me. Got a new haircut, fixed my health, hit the gym consistently, paid off my debts, and even learned to scuba dive. It was the best decision I’ve ever made, and I did it just for me. No one asked, no one noticed, but it changed my life. Sometimes you have to prioritize yourself.

Good Job 👏🏻 That’s not nothing man use that momentum. I don’t just hit the gym I work out 3-4 times a day cardio/weights mix. Half hr- 1 hr at a time. Strict diet same thing everyday. Am 4 eggs 1 protein shake. Afternoon another shake and a bowl of seasoned ground beef. Again and again.

The problem was me all along and the last 7 months I realized how bad of a lion I really was all along.
