Sorry to hear that your guitar was stolen. I was looking forward to seeing you work on it, and the end result. My G2215 is the same as your original (without the mods), and it plays fantastic after some work getting it set up. It's not perfect, but it is, as you say a good solid platform to work on!

What happens to me does not define me. I still have a decent guitar to noodle on when I am in the mood.
