So would it be right if i were to get the 10-1655 and 10-1656 and the 3102-3 locomotive to make a set (thought the 3102-3 will only be released in July)
Yep, that would be the Bernina Express running under AC wiring on the main network. The Allegras can haul it throughout as they're dual voltage, but if it's rostered for the earlier railcars on the Bernina line (DC only) then something else needs to take over for the rest of the route.
