Her calling Homelander ''gramps'' while she was born in 1919 is just nuts.
She's older than him, but biologically she's like 5 years younger.
Though I don't think it's age related, she calls him "gramps" because he's just that out of touch and not the "hip" wannabe memelord she is.
Homelander's got "Boomer energy", if you will.

Kimiko spent a lot of energy trying to convince him not to view America and its people as the enemy. If he started yeeting cars and concrete at her civilians would be killed.

Kenji was a really wasted character in my opinion, and he got terrible nerfed in this battle

I love that they went with a shot of her from outside of the building, just smashing her way upstairs, it’s a generational crash out every time Stormy gets screen time.
Kimiko could have killed Stormfront a choke hold from behind. Even if Stormfront electrocuted Kimiko, the choke hold would only get stronger!

Because season 2's writing was generally atrocious (as in very diegetically inconsistent) probably as a consequence of rushed production to capitalize on the success of the first season.

Imagine in the last episode she was using lightnings against Frenchie and M.M and after 2 second they just stood up, without injuries or clothes dmg like nothing ever happened....
That was the silliest scene in the show. She had just used the lightning to blow up a car seconds before that lmao. Barely knocks Hughie and Butcher down

kenji was a huge waste of potential. he could effortlessly lift up a ship with his powers but he decides to tackle someone. he could’ve ripped her eyeballs out with telekinesis or something. or just like, throw her a mile away.

The part where she killed the dad, and then his son and daughter made me sick in my stomach. Not because she was killing black, white or purple people but because they were innocent and terrified, and it was completely unexpected.

This series has good moments but sometimes the writing is just so shit it is beyond redemption. Neither Kimiko or Kenji put up a decent fight that reflects their powers or abilities.
Kimiko literally rips guts out of people but just gets used as punching bag that wont fight back.
Kenji can move things but decides to teleport back to the building he just jumped from and tackle Stormfront.
Homelander AND Stormfront are literally standing and unable to detect Kimiko - Nah...
Kimiko can easily rip out guts of NORMAL people, she cannot do that to supes, also stormfront is clearly much stronger in strength so its not a surprise she can pin her down and overpower her.
As for Kenji, he obviously teleported back to save Kimiko, granted tackling her was not a great idea but if he decided to collapse the floor or something, its likely Kimiko would have gotten hit too.
Idk what you think Homelander is going to do, don't think he even remembers Kimiko is there but I will say Stormfront should have realized that she is still alive.

@apparentlyjeremy again stormfront is much stronger than kimiko and kenij and would not be so easily suspended, also stormfront can fly. Kimiko is not strong enough to tear her head off, that is just some cope. Also he clearly does not have one of the most powerful abilities, all he had was telekinesis, there are supes with blood powers, mind control, superspeed, etc that are way stronger
Um ... this fight and Stormfront's abilities as a whole pretty clearly proved that she was a good deal physically stronger than Kimiko. Kimiko wasn't gonna do much real damage to her on her own.
What _wasn't_ made clear, though, was why Kenji never even attempted to use his telekinesis on Stormfront. Toss a big object her way, and it could've at least given him and Kimiko a shot at escape.

Seriously, Kenji was a wasted character. People are stuck with the idea that he could only lift things up. Dude literally controls space at will, he could hold her mid air and rip the shit out of stormfront no matter how durable she is. Could've been a great addition to the boys.
He had telekinesis, not gravity manipulation, and I don't think he's powerful enough to actually hurt her

He obviously would’ve done soooo much more and easily escaped, but the opposite of plot armor happened to him they basically just wrote him off 😭
The horrifying reality of Superheroes
Not true. The Boys is a nihilistic world where everyone is a shit person. It brings in realistic scenarios, but there are definitely more “morally grey” and good people in the world than this world portrays.
Keep in mind, these people are also injected with Compound V which may even heighten the worse parts of a person. This is more like, “the horrifying reality if sociopaths and psychopaths got superpowers.”
Out of the three of homelander,stormfront and solider boy.solider boy is the least messed up compared to them
