Yeah I got pretty bad left/right shoulder imbalances that makes most of my barbell lifts very uneven. Serratus and oblique work, along with lower trap work, has begun to put my shoulderblades back into alignment.
Nothing has changed my abs more than this exercise right here! You can add load too. People always question what I’m doing since CrossFit kinda took over this movement for reps using the arms for momentum , quads and hip flexors but this is much harder on the abs itself. Newer GHD’s don’t allow you to fit in the position in the video. I have to secure my feet with bands on those.

I do appreciate the biomechanics lesson, but a more practical application instead of this specialty equipment would have been eminently more beneficial for most of us plebs. I’ve been to a decent number of gyms over the years and I’ve never seen that one.
Please do Serratus anterior and obliques

With no obliques, the Abs simply doesn't exist. Really bad.

You can use a decline bench for the same effect.
It doesn’t take 10 minutes to say do crunches and leg raises
