Definitely Kabuli, with big chunks of cow meat. Probably more traditional with lamb but my family makes it with cow and it’s the best. It’s a plain dish if you compare it to Indian dishes (you shouldn’t compare them) but the sweetness from the raisins and carrots along with the salty meat and oily rice is perfect.

You can't never go wrong with Kebab. Put the yogurt on anything. That's an interesting bread, too. Uufff... That sticky rice does look like risotto. It's always fun to find commonalities among different cuisines. And you're finishing strong. That's quite a beautiful dessert.
