Same. I've been trying to lead survivors to snowman and the exit gates as Ghost Face so they can get the cosmetics. It's the holiday season and this is just my way of giving a gift to everyone I meet.
Would be cool if survs finished gens, hopped all 4 into snowmen and waited at the gate for you to open it. XD

If you exclude the amount of times Killers get accused for "camping" even though they have been chasing survivors who keeps spending near the hooked survivor, constant t-bagging, constant facecamping, constant toxicity, etc. then yeah

Snowmen move so painfully slow lol A killer even tried to let me escape with it and I was just too slow to make it to the gate in time.
That happened to this poor ace in one game. I was even trying to motion him to the door. He got out with a few seconds left but had to bail from snowman. I was sad for him.
You don’t need to escape to get the cosmetics just let a killer hit you in the snowmen then you can get it
And when you have the glowey orbs on you then you know you have the cosmetics

DBD needs to shake up their formula more often like this. The game feels stale a lot to me lately and this helped inject some life and actual fun into the game. i'm having a good time right now with it and it'll suck when the event ends and things go back to normal. :/
You can but you have to find the right killer and they can often be few and far between.
It’s wholesome when killers let it happen. But last night I lost count how many times people were using their power to pop the snowman so that no one gets the cosmetic because, and I’m quoting, “I’m TiReD oF tHe 3rd HeAlTh StAtE.” (Apparently you don’t get the cosmetic if they pop it with their power instead of M1?)
And then the number of campers seems to have increased dramatically as well during the event. So stupid, I don’t understand what these tryhard ass killers are doing. It’s refreshing to see killers enjoy the event with everyone else because yknow the point of the game is to have fun...

I'm so glad you're enjoying it as much as I have. I've been paying it forward to survivors when I play killer. I was lucky enough to escape in my first game trying! I was so excited. 30 survivor games later I have yet to escape as a snowman again 😂

Same has happened to me, has a super chill Michael Game 1 last night then it was 99% sweats, we did get a nice big though that helped my wife finish her Pallet challenge too though so that was cool.
the way the artist's model looks confused was so perfect every time you turned around
LMAO at the Artist, she was so challenging you to not let her see you move, and the way her idle head moves, it was like she was going "Huh?" every time she turned around. That is the type of gameplay I love, and why events like this are so fun.
This event has been unexpectedly fun in like the dumbest way. I've gotten two snowman escapes due to a Christmas colored Trickster and an Artist who the team may or may not have bribed with free hooks.

I LOVE this event! It's so much fun and waddling around in snowmen with other players is hilarious. I've never had so much joyous, silly fun with this game before.

Ha, I didn't even realize we got rewards for escaping as Snowmen, I've just been letting them go because it's funny and they get really excited about it when they slowly slide out.

As a killer I've been trying to tell my survivors to grab snowmen before they leave, but I've only had one game so far where the survivors realized what I meant.
